5. Setup Guide
The CF-AC2100 can be set up easily using a phone, computer, or iPad. The default working mode is Repeater mode.
Easy Setup Steps (Repeater Mode)
- Connect to Repeater Network: Use your phone or device to connect to the WiFi extender's network name (SSID), which will typically appear as "Repeater-****-2G/5G" or "COMFAST_XXXX".
- Access Login Interface: Open a web browser and enter
192.168.10.1in the address bar. This will take you to the login interface. Enter the password "admin" (default) to access the setting interface. - Select WiFi and Enter Password: Once in the settings, select the superior WiFi network (your main router's network) that you wish to amplify. Enter the password for your main WiFi network. The device will then configure itself. Wait approximately 40 seconds for the settings to apply. If the signal indicator light turns blue, the setup is successful.

- Ensure the repeater is placed where it can receive two to three stable WiFi signals from your main router.
- Verify that you completed the setup process after connecting to the repeater's network.
- Check if the repeater is working normally; typically, two indicator lights should be on. If not, try resetting the device and setting it up from a different location.
Q: How to reset the repeater?
A: Long press the reset button for 10 seconds while the device is powered on.
