The headset features a detachable omnidirectional microphone. Insert the microphone's 3.5mm jack into the port labeled "MIC" on the headset. Ensure it is securely connected. The microphone is flexible and can be adjusted 360 degrees for optimal positioning.
6.3 2.4GHz Wireless Connection (Recommended for Gaming)
- Plug the 2.4GHz USB wireless dongle into an available USB port on your device (PC, PS4, PS5, Mac).
- Power on the headset. It should automatically connect to the dongle.

6.4 Bluetooth Connection (Recommended for Mobile/Tablet)
- Power on the headset.

- On your mobile device or tablet, go to Bluetooth settings and select "BL100 PRO" from the list of available devices to pair.
Note: Bluetooth is not natively supported on PS4, PS5, or PC. For these devices, we recommend using the 2.4G USB transmitter for a quick and easy connection.
6.5 Wired 3.5mm Connection
For devices with a 3.5mm audio jack, you can use the provided 3.5mm audio cable:
- Plug one end of the 3.5mm audio cable into the headset's audio cable socket.
- Plug the other end into the 3.5mm audio jack of your device.
