3. Setup Guide

3.1. Drone Preparation

  1. Unfold the Drone: Gently unfold the drone arms until they lock into place.
  2. Install Propeller Guards (Fender Brackets): Attach the four fender brackets to protect the propellers during flight.
  3. Install Battery: Insert the fully charged 3.7V 600mAh lithium battery into the drone's battery compartment. Ensure it clicks securely into place.

3.2. Remote Controller Setup

  1. Install Controller Batteries: Open the battery compartment on the back of the remote controller and insert 3x AAA batteries.
  2. Attach Smartphone Holder: If using the mobile APP for control or FPV, attach your smartphone to the holder on the remote controller.
  3. Download APP: Scan the QR code in the manual or search for the official F190 Drone app on your smartphone's app store. Install the app.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1. Basic Flight Controls

Refer to the remote control guide for button functions:

  1. Power On: Turn on the drone, then turn on the remote controller. The drone's lights will flash.
  2. Pairing: Push the left joystick (throttle) up then down. The drone lights will become solid, indicating successful pairing.
  3. One-Click Takeoff: Press the one-click takeoff button. The drone will automatically ascend and hover at a fixed height.
  4. Flight Control: Use the joysticks to control the drone's movement (forward/backward, left/right, ascend/descend, turn left/right).
  5. One-Click Landing: Press the one-click landing button. The drone will automatically descend and land.

4.2. Advanced Features

  • Intelligent Fixed-Height Hover: The drone maintains a stable altitude, making it easier to control and capture steady footage.
  • Headless Mode: In headless mode, the drone's orientation is relative to the pilot, eliminating the need to adjust its position before flying.
  • 360° Stunt Roll (Tumbling): Perform impressive aerial flips with a single button press.
  • Gesture Control:
    • Gesture Photography: Make a "V" sign with your hand within 2 meters of the drone to trigger a photo.
    • Gesture Video Recording: Make an open palm gesture within 2 meters of the drone to start/stop video recording.

  • Trajectory Flight: Draw a flight path on your smartphone screen, and the drone will follow it automatically.
  • 4K HD Dual Camera:
    • Capture high-definition photos and videos with the front 4K HD camera and bottom HD lens.
    • The front camera supports 45° free angle adjustment and 50x electronic zoom.

5. Maintenance

5.1. General Care

  • Keep the drone and remote controller clean and dry. Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe surfaces.
  • Avoid exposing the drone to direct sunlight or extreme temperatures.
  • Store the drone in its storage bag when not in use to prevent damage.

5.2. Battery Care

  • Always use the provided USB charging cable for charging the drone battery.
  • Do not overcharge or over-discharge the battery.
  • Remove batteries from the drone and remote controller if not used for extended periods.
  • Store batteries in a cool, dry place.

5.3. Propeller Replacement

If propellers are damaged, replace them with the spare maple leaf propellers provided. Use the screwdriver to carefully remove and install new propellers, ensuring they are correctly oriented.
