Data Upload Modes
The scanner supports two data upload modes:
- Instant Upload Mode: Scanned barcodes are immediately uploaded to the connected device. This is the default mode.
- Storage Mode: If the scanner is out of range or disconnected, it can store up to 40,000 barcodes internally. Once reconnected, the stored data can be uploaded in bulk.
Note for Storage Mode:
- When using storage mode, data is always stored in the scanner. Remember to clear stored data before using storage mode again to avoid duplicate uploads.
- You can switch back to Instant Upload Mode by scanning the appropriate setup code (refer to the included English manual for specific setup codes).

Custom Configuration
The scanner allows for custom configurations such as adding prefixes or suffixes to scanned data and adjusting vibration settings. Refer to the full English manual for specific programming barcodes to:
- Add Prefix
- Add Suffix
- Adjust Vibration (Turn off, Low, Medium, High, Vibration off)

Maintenance
Cleaning
To maintain optimal scanning performance, keep the scanner's window clean. Use a soft, lint-free cloth, slightly dampened with water or a mild cleaning solution. Avoid abrasive materials or harsh chemicals that could scratch the lens.
Battery Information
The scanner is equipped with a 2500mAh battery. A full charge takes approximately 1 hour, providing up to 8 hours of working time and an impressive 720 hours of standby time. Charge the scanner when the battery indicator is low to ensure uninterrupted operation.
Troubleshooting
- Scanner not connecting in wireless mode: Ensure the 2.4G USB dongle is securely plugged into your computer and the scanner is powered on. Try re-pairing the scanner by scanning the appropriate pairing barcode (refer to the full manual).
- Scanner not reading barcodes: Make sure the barcode is clean, not excessively damaged, and within the scanner's reading range and angle. Check if the barcode type is supported by the scanner.
- Data not uploading: In wireless mode, ensure the scanner is within range of the dongle. If using Storage Mode, ensure you have initiated the upload process after scanning.
- No response from scanner: Check the battery level. If low, charge the scanner. If fully charged, try resetting the scanner (refer to the full manual for reset instructions).
- Incorrect data output: Verify that the correct keyboard layout is selected on your computer. If prefixes/suffixes are enabled, check their configuration.
User Tips
- Optimal Scanning: For best results, hold the scanner at a slight angle to the barcode to avoid glare, and ensure the entire barcode is within the scanning beam.
- Efficient Storage Mode Use: When using Storage Mode, periodically upload your data to prevent loss and clear the scanner's memory to ensure space for new scans.
- Battery Management: Charge the scanner regularly, especially after long periods of use, to maximize battery life and ensure it's always ready when you need it.
- Customization: Utilize the prefix/suffix and vibration settings to tailor the scanner's behavior to your specific workflow, enhancing efficiency and user feedback.
