2. Setup

  1. Power Source Selection: The compressor can be powered by either the included 18V Li-battery or the 12V car cigarette lighter adapter.
    • Battery Operation: Insert a charged 18V Li-battery into the designated slot on the compressor. Ensure it clicks securely into place.
    • 12V Car Power: Connect the 12V car cigarette lighter adapter to the compressor's power input port, then plug the other end into your vehicle's 12V accessory socket.

  3. Connect Hose:
    • For high-pressure inflation (tires, balls), connect the high-pressure hose to the appropriate port and then to the item's valve.
    • For low-pressure inflation/deflation (air mattresses), connect the flexible low-pressure hose to the corresponding port and then to the item.

3. Operating Instructions

3.1 General Operation

  • Power Switch: The main power switch has three positions: 'I' for high-pressure inflation, 'O' for shutdown, and 'II' for low-pressure inflation/deflation.
  • LED Light: Press the LED light button to illuminate your work area, especially useful in low-light conditions.
  • Digital LCD Display: The display shows the current pressure and allows you to set target pressure. Use the 'Unit Switch' key to cycle through PSI, BAR, KPA, and KG/CM² units.

3.2 High-Pressure Inflation (Tires, Balls)

  1. Ensure the compressor is connected to a power source (battery or 12V car adapter).
  2. Attach the high-pressure hose to the item's valve (e.g., car tire valve).
  3. The digital display will show the current pressure. Use the '+' and '-' buttons to set your desired target pressure. Press the 'Unit Switch' button to select your preferred unit (PSI, BAR, KPA, KG/CM²).
  4. Set the main power switch to 'I' (High Pressure Inflating). The compressor will start inflating.
  5. The compressor will automatically shut off once the preset pressure is reached.
  6. Disconnect the hose from the item.

3.3 Low-Pressure Inflation/Deflation (Air Mattresses, Pool Toys)

  1. Ensure the compressor is connected to a power source.
  2. Attach the flexible low-pressure hose to the appropriate port on the compressor and then to the item's inflation/deflation valve.
  3. For inflation, set the main power switch to 'II' (Low Pressure Inflating). The compressor will begin inflating.
  4. For deflation, connect the hose to the low-pressure suction port and the item's valve. Set the main power switch to 'II'. The compressor will begin deflating.
  5. Monitor the inflation/deflation process visually.
  6. Once complete, set the power switch to 'O' and disconnect the hose.

4. Maintenance

  • Cleaning: Wipe the exterior of the compressor with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners. Ensure no water enters the air vents.
  • Storage: Store the compressor and its accessories in a dry, cool place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Utilize the built-in storage compartments for hoses and nozzles to keep them organized and prevent loss.
  • Battery Care: If using the battery, ensure it is charged regularly, even when not in use, to prolong its lifespan. Store the battery in a cool, dry place.

5. Troubleshooting

Problem Possible Cause Solution
Compressor does not turn on. No power supply; battery discharged; 12V adapter not properly connected. Ensure battery is charged or 12V adapter is securely plugged in. Check vehicle's 12V socket for power.
Compressor inflates slowly or not at all. Incorrect hose connection; wrong mode selected; leak in hose/nozzle; item valve not properly sealed. Verify hose connections are tight. Ensure 'I' is selected for high pressure or 'II' for low pressure. Check for leaks. Ensure nozzle is correctly attached to the item's valve.
Compressor stops before reaching target pressure. Automatic shut-off activated (preset pressure reached); overheating protection. Check the preset pressure on the digital display. If the unit is hot, allow it to cool down before resuming operation.
Inaccurate pressure reading. Loose connection; sensor issue. Ensure the hose is securely connected to the item's valve. If issues persist, contact customer support.
