3. Setup

3.1 Assembly

1. Connect the retractable metal tube to the main motor unit. Ensure it clicks securely into place.

4.1 Power On/Off

Press the power button on the main motor unit to turn the vacuum cleaner on or off.

The UMLO V11 offers three power modes to suit different cleaning tasks and surfaces. Use the power mode switch on the LED display to cycle through them:

• Low Mode: 12000Pa suction, approximately 60 minutes runtime. Ideal for light cleaning and extended use.
• Medium Mode: 20000Pa suction, approximately 35 minutes runtime. Suitable for everyday cleaning.
• High Mode: 30000Pa suction, approximately 20 minutes runtime. For deep cleaning and stubborn dirt.

4.3 LED Display

5. Maintenance

5.1 Dust Cup Emptying

The 0.8-liter dustbin can be emptied with a single touch of a button. Position the dust cup over a trash bin and press the release button to dispose of collected debris.

5.2 Filter Cleaning

The dustbin and internal components are detachable and washable. Follow these steps for cleaning:

1. Detach the dust cup from the main motor unit.
2. Remove the HEPA filter and filter holder.
3. Rotate the metal filter to separate it from the filter holder.
4. Wash the black sponge and metal filter with cold water.
5. Allow all washed components to air dry completely before reassembly.
6. Important: The HEPA filter is UNWASHABLE. Clean it only with the provided cleaning gadget.

• Weak Suction:
  • Check the dust cup for fullness and empty if necessary.
  • Inspect filters (metal, sponge, HEPA) for blockages and clean them as per maintenance instructions.
  • Ensure all parts are correctly assembled and sealed.
• Roller Brush Not Spinning / Tangled:
  • Check the LED display for a "Roller Tangled Alert."
  • Turn off the vacuum and remove any hair, threads, or debris tangled around the roller brush.
• Vacuum Not Turning On:
  • Ensure the battery is fully charged.
  • Verify the battery is securely attached to the main motor unit.
• Filter Clogged Alert:
  • This indicates that the filters require cleaning. Refer to Section 5.2 for detailed cleaning instructions.

• Optimize Battery Life: Use the Low or Medium power modes for general cleaning tasks to maximize runtime. Reserve High mode for tougher messes.
• Regular Filter Maintenance: Clean the washable filters (black sponge and metal filter) with cold water and allow them to air dry completely after every few uses to maintain strong suction. Remember, the HEPA filter should only be cleaned with the provided gadget, never washed with water.
• Monitor LED Display: Pay attention to the LED display for real-time alerts regarding battery status, roller tangles, or clogged filters, addressing issues promptly to prevent performance degradation.
