4. Safety Information

  • Always perform a waterproof test with a paper towel inside the case before first use and before each dive. Ensure the case is completely sealed and no water enters.
  • Inspect all seals and O-rings for cleanliness, debris, or damage before each use. Even a small hair can compromise the waterproof seal.

  • Avoid exposing the case to extreme temperatures or direct sunlight for prolonged periods.

5. Setup and Installation

Follow these steps to properly install your phone into the diving case:

  2. Install Batteries: Open the battery cover, install two 7# (AAA) batteries, ensuring correct polarity. Seal the battery cover. Note: Batteries are not included.
  3. Power On: Turn on the power switch to the ON position. A blue indicator light will flash.
  4. Bluetooth Pairing: Enable Bluetooth on your phone and search for visible devices. Find and connect to the device named "SFK-05(BLE)". Once connected successfully, the blue indicator light on the case will turn off.
  5. Enable Assistive Touch (for iOS): Open the assistive touch feature in your phone settings by navigating to "Settings" -> "Accessibility" -> "Touch" -> "Assistive Touch" and turn it on.
  6. Place Phone: Push the internal clip open, carefully place your phone inside the diving case, then move the clip to the middle to secure the phone.
  7. Check Seal & Close Case: Thoroughly check the waterproof seal for cleanliness and absence of debris or damage. Close the case cover and fasten all locking latches securely.
  8. Use Vacuum Pump:
    1. Unscrew the cover of the vacuum pump device counterclockwise, ensuring all components are clean.
    2. Press the waterproof air valve at the connection of the vacuum pump. Pump up and down 3-4 times to create a vacuum, then cover the air valve.
  9. Pre-Dive Test: After using the vacuum pump device, conduct a test before diving. If the case cover cannot be opened, it indicates successful vacuum suction and a secure seal.
  10. Attach Lanyard: Hang the diving case with the included rope for added security.
  11. Activate Touchscreen: Press the direction button on the diving case to activate and locate the touchscreen on the phone. Please be patient while finding it.

6. Operating Instructions

Once your phone is securely installed and the case is sealed, you can operate your phone's camera functions using the external buttons on the diving case. These buttons are designed to interact with your phone's touchscreen or physical buttons (like volume controls for camera shutter) through the Bluetooth connection.

  2. Unlock & Open: Unlock the three latch switches and push the internal clip to both sides to release the phone.
  3. Remove Phone: Carefully remove your phone from the case.

  • Cleaning: After each use, especially in saltwater, rinse the entire case thoroughly with fresh water. Do not use detergents or abrasive cleaners.
