2. Important Safety Instructions
When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be followed to reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, and/or injury to persons, including the following:
- Read all instructions carefully before use.
- Do not touch hot surfaces. Use handles or knobs.
- To protect against fire, electric shock, and injury to persons, do not immerse cord, plugs, or the appliance in water or other liquid.
- Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used by or near children.
- Unplug from outlet when not in use and before cleaning. Allow to cool before putting on or taking off parts, and before cleaning the appliance.
- Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug or after the appliance malfunctions, or has been damaged in any manner.

- Do not use outdoors.

4. Setup
4.1 Unpacking
Carefully remove all packaging materials and inspect the Health Pot for any damage. Ensure all components (pot, lid, infuser, heating base) are present.
4.2 Initial Cleaning
Before first use, wash the glass pot, lid, and infuser with warm soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry. Wipe the heating base with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the heating base in water.
4.3 Placement
Place the heating base on a stable, flat, heat-resistant surface, away from water sources and other heat-generating appliances. Ensure there is adequate ventilation around the appliance.
5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Control Panel Overview

The control panel features a digital display and touch-sensitive buttons:
- 预约 (Appointment): Sets a delayed start time.
- 时间调节 (Time Adjustment): Adjusts cooking or appointment time.
- 功能 (Function): Cycles through the 8 smart cooking menus.
- 保温 (Keep Warm): Activates or adjusts the keep warm function.
- 取消 (Cancel): Stops the current operation.
5.2 Basic Operation
- Fill the glass pot with water or ingredients, ensuring it does not exceed the MAX fill line (1.5L).
- Place the pot securely on the heating base.
- Plug the appliance into a suitable power outlet. The display will light up.
- Select your desired function using the 功能 (Function) button.
- Adjust time or temperature if necessary using the 时间调节 (Time Adjustment) button.
- Press the selected function button again or wait a few seconds for the program to start automatically.
5.3 Smart Cooking Menus
The Health Pot offers 8 preset cooking functions. Press the 功能 (Function) button to cycle through them. Default cooking times are listed below:

Note: Some functions allow time adjustment using the 时间调节 (Time Adjustment) button.
5.4 Keep Warm Function
After a cooking program finishes, the Health Pot automatically enters a 12-hour non-adjustable keep warm mode. You can also manually activate or adjust the keep warm temperature:
- Press the 保温 (Keep Warm) button.
- Use the 时间调节 (Time Adjustment) button to select a temperature between 40°C and 90°C in 5°C increments.
- The selected temperature will be maintained for the duration of the keep warm cycle.

5.5 Appointment (Delayed Start) Function
The appointment function allows you to set a delayed start time for your cooking program, from 0.5 to 12 hours.
- Add ingredients to the pot.
- Select your desired cooking function.
- Press the 预约 (Appointment) button.
- Use the 时间调节 (Time Adjustment) button to set the desired delay time.
- The appliance will start cooking after the set delay time has elapsed.

5.6 Lift-Pot Memory
The Health Pot features a 10-minute lift-pot memory. If you lift the pot from the base during operation, the program will pause. When the pot is returned to the base within 10 minutes, the program will automatically resume from where it left off.

6. Maintenance and Cleaning
Regular cleaning and maintenance will prolong the life of your Health Pot.
6.1 Daily Cleaning
- Always unplug the appliance and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
- Remove the pot, lid, and infuser. Wash them with warm soapy water using a soft sponge or cloth. Rinse thoroughly and dry.
- Wipe the exterior of the heating base with a damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or scourers.
- Never immerse the heating base in water or any other liquid.

6.2 Descaling
Over time, mineral deposits (limescale) may build up inside the pot, especially in areas with hard water. To descale:
- Fill the pot with a mixture of equal parts water and white vinegar (or use a commercial descaling solution according to its instructions).
- Let the mixture soak for at least 30 minutes, or boil it using the 'Boil Water' function if the scale is severe.
- Pour out the mixture and rinse the pot thoroughly several times with fresh water to remove any vinegar residue.
- If necessary, repeat the process.
7. Troubleshooting
If you encounter any issues with your Health Pot, please refer to the following common problems and solutions:
- Appliance does not turn on: Ensure the power cord is securely plugged into both the appliance and a working electrical outlet. Check if the circuit breaker has tripped.
- Pot not heating: Ensure the pot is correctly placed on the heating base. The base has a safety sensor that prevents heating if the pot is not properly seated.
- Boiling over: Do not overfill the pot beyond the MAX fill line. Reduce the amount of liquid or ingredients.
- Unusual odors or smoke: Immediately unplug the appliance. This could indicate a serious issue. Contact customer support.
- Display not responding: Unplug the appliance for a few minutes, then plug it back in to reset. If the issue persists, contact customer support.
