2. Safety Information and Important Notes

Please note: Matters needing attention (buyers must see)

  • Upon receiving the product, you must first turn on the flashlight to discharge the unit completely. Then, charge the product for more than 4 hours before its first use. This initial discharge and full charge cycle helps prolong the product's service life.
  • It is recommended to start the car when the jump starter has three bars or more than 60% of its power remaining.
  • Ensure the battery terminals (pile head) of your vehicle are clean before connecting the jump starter.
  • When using the ordinary clip: Ensure the blue port of the clip is inserted fully into the jump starter. Make sure the clips touch the positive and negative poles of the car battery with the largest possible contact area, and that the connection is stable and does not shake. First, clip the positive and negative poles to the corresponding battery terminals, wait 2 to 3 minutes, and then attempt to start the car. This procedure helps reduce the load on the jump starter.

Tips before use:

  • Do not continuously attempt to start the car. If the car does not start on the first attempt, wait at least 30 seconds between each subsequent start attempt.
  • The positive and negative poles of the clips cannot be reversed. Do not allow the two clips to short-circuit (touch each other).
  • Remove the battery clips from the car battery within 30 seconds after successfully starting the car.
  • Violation of the above points may cause the fuse box of the clips to burn out. Always pay close attention to the operation method.

7. Maintenance

  • Keep the jump starter charged. For optimal battery life, it is recommended to recharge the unit every 3-6 months, even if not in use.
  • Store the device in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
  • Clean the exterior of the unit with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
  • Ensure the battery clamps are clean and free of debris before and after each use.
  • The jump starter is designed to operate within a wide temperature range (-40℃ to 80℃), but prolonged exposure to extreme conditions can affect its performance and lifespan.

8. Troubleshooting

  • Car not starting:
    • Ensure the jump starter has sufficient charge (at least 60% or three bars).
    • Verify that the battery clamps are securely connected to the correct terminals (red to positive, black to negative) and have good contact.
    • Wait 2-3 minutes after connecting the clamps before attempting to start the car.
    • If the car doesn't start on the first try, wait 30 seconds before the next attempt.
  • Fuse box burn out: This typically occurs due to incorrect usage. Always ensure positive and negative poles are not reversed, clips do not short-circuit, and clips are removed within 30 seconds of a successful start.
  • Device not charging: Ensure the USB cable is properly connected to both the jump starter's input port and the power source. Check if the power source is active.

9. User Tips

  • Optimal Connection: When connecting the battery clamps, ensure they are firmly attached to the car battery terminals. A loose connection can reduce efficiency and potentially cause issues.
  • Post-Start Disconnection: After successfully jump-starting your car, remember to disconnect the jump starter's clamps from the car battery within 30 seconds. This prevents potential damage to the jump starter's internal components.
  • Regular Charging: To ensure the jump starter is always ready for use, make it a habit to check its charge level periodically and recharge it fully, especially before long trips or during seasonal changes.
  • Versatile Power: Don't forget the power bank functionality. This device can be a lifesaver for charging your phone or other gadgets when you're away from conventional power sources.
