1. Introduction

The HOMATICS Dongle G 4K is a powerful and compact TV stick designed to transform your television into a smart entertainment hub. 3. Setup Guide

  1. Connect the Dongle: Plug the HOMATICS Dongle G 4K directly into an available HDMI port on your television.
  2. Connect Power: Connect the provided Power Cable (USB-Micro USB) to the Dongle G 4K and then connect the other end to the Power Adapter. Plug the Power Adapter into a standard wall outlet.
  3. Turn on TV and Select Input: Power on your television and use your TV remote to select the HDMI input source that corresponds to the port where the Dongle G 4K is connected.
  4. Initial Setup: Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the initial setup. This will typically involve:
    • Pairing the Bluetooth Voice Remote Control.
    • Connecting to your Wi-Fi network.
    • Signing in with your Google account.
    • Installing essential apps and configuring preferences.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Remote Control Functions

  • Power Button: Turns the device on or off.
  • Google Assistant Button: Activates voice commands for search, app control, and smart home functions.
  • Navigation Pad (Directional & OK): Used to navigate menus and select items.
  • Back Button: Returns to the previous screen.
  • Home Button: Returns to the Google TV home screen.
  • Volume +/-: Adjusts the audio volume.

  • Dedicated App Buttons: Quick access to Netflix, YouTube, and Prime Video.

4.2 Google TV Interface

4.3 Chromecast Built-in

The Dongle G 4K includes Chromecast built-in, allowing you to cast movies, shows, photos, and more from your phone, tablet, or computer directly to your TV. Ensure your casting device is on the same Wi-Fi network as the Dongle G 4K.

4.4 4K, HDR, and Dolby Atmos

The device supports 4K Ultra HD resolution, HDR10, HLG, and HDR10+ for vibrant visuals, and Dolby Atmos for immersive audio. These features will automatically activate when playing compatible content on a compatible television and audio system.

4.5 Connectivity and Expansion

6. Troubleshooting
