7. Troubleshooting

Device won't turn on:
Ensure the battery is charged. Connect the device to a charger and wait a few minutes before attempting to power on again. If the issue persists, try a different charging cable or adapter.
Games are not loading or freezing:
Check if the TF memory card is properly inserted. Ensure the game files are not corrupted. Try restarting the console. If a specific game consistently fails, it might be an issue with that game file.
No sound:
Check the volume settings on the console. If headphones are connected, ensure they are fully plugged in and functional. If connected to a TV, check the TV's volume and input settings.
Screen is blank or flickering:
Restart the device. If connected to a TV, disconnect the AV cable to see if the console's screen functions independently. If the problem persists, contact support.
Cannot connect to computer for data transfer:
Ensure the data cable is securely connected to both the console's USB interface and the computer. Try a different USB port on your computer or a different data cable. The console should appear as a removable storage device.

8. User Tips

  • For optimal performance, keep the TF card organized and avoid filling it completely.
  • When using the TV output, ensure your TV is set to the correct AV input channel for the best experience.
  • Regularly save your game progress using the archive function to prevent loss of data.

9. Warranty and Support

For any issues not covered in this manual, or for warranty-related inquiries, please contact the seller or manufacturer directly. Keep your purchase receipt as proof of purchase.
