3. Setup and Installation
3.1 Wiring Diagram
Refer to the following diagram for proper wiring connections. This device is designed to work with electric locks and can be integrated with a doorbell and exit button.

3.2 Product Line Sequence Diagram
Ensure correct wire connections based on the color codes provided:

3.3 Tuya Bluetooth Settings

Download the Tuya App: Use your phone to scan the QR code provided in the product packaging or search for "Tuya Smart" in your app store.

- Register and Log In: To enter the Tuya Smart app, click the login button, enter your account and log in. If you don't have an account, register first. You can also use QQ or WeChat to log in after authorization.

Add Equipment: After entering the app, click the "Add Device" "+" icon on the top right of the home page. Open the Bluetooth function on your phone. The app will search for nearby devices. Select your access controller and add it.

4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Key-Button Operation
- * Key: Return
- # Key: Confirmation
- 2 Key: Turn up (short press), Turn up quickly (long press)
- 0 Key: Turn down (short press), Turn down quickly (long press)
4.2 Adding Users (Administrator)
The video below demonstrates how to add administrator fingerprints, passwords, and RFID cards via the Tuya app.

- Add Administrator Fingerprint: Follow the app prompts to place your finger on the fingerprint sensor multiple times until successfully added.
- Add Administrator Password: Enter a desired password (e.g., 887556) into the app and confirm it on the device.
- Add Administrator Card: Present the RFID card to the device's card recognition area when prompted by the app.

4.3 Adding Users (Normal User)
Ordinary users need to add a single operation on the machine: press '*' then '#' to enter the administrator information to enter the menu. Then select 'Add User' and follow the prompts to add fingerprints, passwords, or cards.
- Access User Menu: On the device, press '*' then '#' to enter the administrator menu.
- Select 'Add User': Navigate to the 'User Setting' menu and select 'Add User'.
- Add Fingerprint: Place the user's finger on the sensor multiple times as instructed.
- Add Card: Present the user's RFID card to the device.
- Add Password: Enter the user's desired password twice on the device keypad.
4.4 Unlocking Methods
The access controller supports multiple unlocking methods:
- Fingerprint: Place a registered finger on the sensor.
- RFID Card: Swipe a registered RFID card over the recognition area.
- Password: Enter a registered password on the keypad.
- Tuya App: Use the "Press Unlock" button in the Tuya app for remote unlocking.
- Dual Verification: Combine two methods (e.g., card + password) for enhanced security.

4.5 Temporary Unlocking Setting (via Tuya App)
For temporary access, you can set up time-limited or single-use unlocks through the Tuya app:
- Open the Tuya app and navigate to the device's home page.
- Click "Temporary" at the bottom of the home page.
- Enter the "Add temporary lock" page.
- Set the desired time limit or select "single time" for one-time use.
- Send the temporary unlock code/permission.

4.6 Normally Open Mode
For situations requiring frequent entry and exit, the device can be set to a normally open mode. Any user can enter "g" and "#" within 3 seconds after unlocking the lock to activate this mode. The regular on indicator will turn purple. To exit, repeat the same sequence.

4.7 Viewing Unlock Records
The mobile phone app allows you to remotely view the latest door opening information and records, enhancing security monitoring.
5. Maintenance
- Keep the device clean and free from dust and debris.
- Avoid exposing the device to extreme temperatures or direct sunlight for prolonged periods.
- Regularly check wiring connections for any signs of wear or damage.
- Ensure the fingerprint sensor and keypad are clean for optimal performance.
- For outdoor installations, periodically check the waterproof seals.
6. Troubleshooting
- Device not responding: Check the power supply connection (DC 12V).
- Fingerprint not recognized: Ensure your finger is clean and dry. Try re-registering the fingerprint if issues persist.
- RFID card not working: Ensure the card is compatible (MF 1K) and correctly presented to the recognition area. Re-add the card if necessary.
- Password entry issues: Double-check the entered password. Ensure the keypad is clean and responsive.
- App connectivity problems: Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your phone and the device is within range. Restart the app or the device if needed.
- Door not unlocking: Verify that the electric lock is properly connected and receiving power. Check the wiring diagram for correct connections.
7. User Tips
- For enhanced security, consider using dual verification methods (e.g., fingerprint + password).
- Regularly review unlock records in the Tuya app to monitor access activity.
- When adding new users, ensure they understand the correct procedure for fingerprint, card, and password registration.
- The device is compatible with electric locks, allowing for versatile door entry solutions.

This product comes with a one-year warranty from the date of original purchase. The warranty does not cover defects caused by misuse, fire, or other buyer-induced damage.
