Setup
1. Charging the Controller
- Connect the provided USB-C charging cable to the controller's USB-C port.
- Connect the other end of the cable to a USB power source (e.g., Nintendo Switch dock, PC, USB wall adapter).
- The LED indicators on the controller will show charging status. A full charge typically takes about 3 hours.
2. Pairing with Nintendo Switch / Switch Lite / Switch OLED
There are two methods for initial pairing:
- Method 1 (Using Pairing Button):
- On your Nintendo Switch console, go to "Controllers" > "Change Grip/Order".
- Press the small pairing button located on the back of the Pro Controller. The indicator lights will flash.
- Once paired, the indicator lights will stop flashing and remain lit on the assigned player number.
- Method 2 (Using Y + HOME Buttons):
- On your Nintendo Switch console, go to "Controllers" > "Change Grip/Order".
- Press and hold the 'Y' button and the 'HOME' button simultaneously on the Pro Controller for 3 seconds. The indicator lights will flash.
- Once paired, the indicator lights will stop flashing and remain lit on the assigned player number.

3. Connecting to PC (Wired Connection Only)
- Connect the controller to your PC using the provided USB-C charging cable.
- The controller will be recognized as a wired gamepad. Wireless functionality is not supported for PC connections.
- Compatible with Windows 7, 8, and 10 for X-Input and Steam games.

4. Connecting to iOS / Android Devices
- Ensure your iOS device is running iOS 13.0 or above.
- Enable Bluetooth on your iOS/Android device.
- Put the controller into pairing mode (refer to Nintendo Switch pairing methods, or consult your device's Bluetooth settings for specific instructions if needed).
- Select the controller from the list of available Bluetooth devices on your phone/tablet.
Operating Instructions
1. Power On/Off
- To power on, press the 'HOME' button.
- To power off, press and hold the 'HOME' button for a few seconds until the indicator lights turn off. The controller will also automatically power off after a period of inactivity.
2. LED Light Modes
The controller features 9-color RGB LEDs on the joysticks with three distinct lighting modes:
- Strobe Mode: Rainbow-colored LEDs flash quickly.
- Breathing Mode: 8 colors of LEDs cycle slowly.
- Static Mode: Joysticks maintain a single chosen color.
To switch between modes or turn off the lights, use the dedicated LED light control button (often indicated by a paw print icon or similar, as shown in diagrams).

3. Programmable Back Buttons (M1/M2)
The controller includes two programmable back buttons, M1 and M2, which can be assigned functions from 1-16 basic buttons (A, B, Y, L, ZL, R, ZR, D-pad directions). This allows for more comfortable and efficient gameplay.
- Press and hold the 'SET' button (usually located near M1/M2) until the indicator light flashes.
- Press the M1 or M2 button you wish to program.
- Press the sequence of buttons you want to assign (e.g., A+B+Y).
- Press the 'SET' button again to save the programming. The indicator light will stop flashing.

4. Turbo Function
The Turbo function allows for rapid, repeated input of a button press. It can be set to auto or manual mode with adjustable speeds.
- Setting Turbo: Press and hold the 'T' (Turbo) button, then press the desired action button (A, B, X, Y, L, ZL, R, ZR). This activates manual Turbo for that button.
- Adjusting Turbo Speed: Press and hold the 'T' button, then move the Right Analog Stick Up or Down to cycle through the 3 speeds: 5 shots/s, 12 shots/s, or 20 shots/s.
- Clearing Turbo: Repeat step 1 to deactivate Turbo for a specific button, or press and hold 'T' and the Minus (-) button to clear all Turbo settings.

5. Vibration Adjustment
The dual vibration motors offer four levels of feedback intensity.
- To adjust vibration, press the vibration adjustment button (often located on the back or bottom of the controller, or a combination of buttons).
- Cycle through the levels: None (0%), Weak (25%), Moderate (50%), Strong (100%).

6. Wake-up Function (for Nintendo Switch)
After initial pairing, you can wake up your Nintendo Switch console directly from sleep mode using the controller.
- Simply press the 'HOME' button on the controller. Your console should power on and connect to the controller.
7. Screenshot and Video Capture
- Press the 'Share' button (usually a square icon) to capture screenshots or video clips, depending on the game and console settings.
Maintenance
- Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the controller. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
- Storage: Store the controller in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.

Troubleshooting
- Controller not connecting/pairing:

- Buttons not responding:

- Vibration not working:

- LED lights not changing:

- PC Connectivity: For PC gaming, remember that these controllers operate via a wired USB-C connection only. They do not support wireless Bluetooth connection to a PC.

- Battery Life: To maximize your 15 hours of play time, consider turning off the LED lights when not needed, as they consume battery power.
