5. Setup
- Unpacking: Carefully remove the signal generator and all accessories from the packaging. Retain the packaging for future storage or transport.
- Power Connection: Connect the provided power cord to the AC power socket on the rear panel of the instrument and then to a suitable AC power outlet. Ensure the power switch is in the OFF position before connecting.
- Grounding: For safety and optimal performance, connect the ground terminal on the rear panel to a reliable earth ground using a suitable grounding cable.
- Initial Power On: Flip the power switch to the ON position. The device should power on and display the startup screen.

6. Operating Instructions

6.1 Waveform Generation
- Press the WAVE shortcut key to select the desired waveform type (Sine, Square, Triangle, Pulse, Arbitrary, DC).
