It is compatible with vehicles equipped with the COMAND APS NTG 4.5 and NTG 4.7 systems, which feature a 4-pin LVDS port or a New Telematic Generation 4.5/4.7 UI.

Important Notes on Compatibility:

• If your car comes with an AMI port, you need to connect the AMI cable to the ISO cable "audio in" port. (AMI cables are provided in the package).

5. Setup and Installation

Warning: The installation should be carried out by a trained car mechanic or professional to avoid damage to the unit or vehicle.

5.1. General Installation Guidelines

1. Install the clock according to the Installation Instructions.
2. Install air conditioner panels according to the Installation Instruction.
3. Install the metal base onto the car center console using original car's screws at position 3.
4. Install the frame onto the metal base using screws at position 4, and fix them on the car center console using screws at position 5.
5. Fix the clips at position 7 on the main unit to the frame.
6. Open the screw cover at position 8 and secure the main unit to the frame with screws.

6.2. Smartphone Integration (CarPlay & Android Auto)

Display and control your smartphone wirelessly. Use the supported apps of your iPhone on the large car stereo screen wirelessly or ask Siri to perform tasks for you. For Android phones, use the supported apps wirelessly or via cable, and control them with voice commands by Google Assistant.

Stay connected with Global 4G LTE and Dual Band Wi-Fi (2.4GHz and 5GHz). The unit accepts a Nano-SIM card (not included) for 4G internet data only (not phone calls). You can also get online by connecting your smartphone via the USB port and turning on "USB Tethering" on Android or "Allow Others to Join" on iPhone.
