Designed for comfort and efficiency, this mouse features an ergonomic vertical design to reduce wrist and shoulder strain, multi-device connectivity (2.4G Wireless, Bluetooth 5.0, and Bluetooth 3.0), and both silent and voiced click options.

Setup Instructions

Powering On/Off

• Locate the ON/OFF switch on the bottom of the mouse.
• Slide the switch to 'ON' to power on the mouse.
• Slide the switch to 'OFF' to power off the mouse when not in use to conserve battery.

Connecting to Devices (Multi-purpose Connectivity)

This mouse supports connection to up to three devices simultaneously via 2.4G Wireless, Bluetooth 5.0 (BT1), and Bluetooth 3.0 (BT2).

2.4G Wireless Connection:

1. Locate the USB receiver stored in the compartment on the bottom of the mouse.
2. Plug the USB receiver into an available USB port on your computer.
3. Turn on the mouse.
4. Press the Mode Switch Button (13) on the bottom of the mouse until the '2.4G' LED indicator (8) lights up green. The mouse should connect automatically.

Bluetooth Connection (BT1 or BT2):

1. Turn on the mouse.
2. Press the Mode Switch Button (13) to select either BT1 (LED 9) or BT2 (LED 10). The corresponding LED will light up.
3. Press and hold the Mode Switch Button (13) for 3-5 seconds until the selected Bluetooth LED (9 or 10) starts flashing rapidly. This indicates the mouse is in pairing mode.
4. On your device (laptop, tablet, etc.), go to Bluetooth settings and search for new devices.
5. Select 'JOMAA Mouse' (or similar name) from the list of available devices to pair.
6. Once connected, the Bluetooth LED will stop flashing and remain solid green.

Operating Instructions

Switching Between Devices:

To switch between connected devices, simply press the Mode Switch Button (13) on the bottom of the mouse. The corresponding LED (2.4G, BT1, or BT2) will illuminate to indicate the active connection.

DPI Adjustment:

The mouse features a DPI Switch Button (6) to adjust cursor sensitivity. Press this button to cycle through available DPI settings (e.g., 800/1200/1600/2400 DPI). The LED indicators may briefly flash to show the current DPI level.

Navigation Buttons:

• Use the Page Forward Button (11) to navigate forward in web browsers or file explorers.
• Use the Page Back Button (12) to navigate backward in web browsers or file explorers.
• Note: The 'forward & backward' function is not available for Mac OS.

Silent vs. Voiced Clicks:

The mouse offers both silent and voiced click options for the left and right buttons. Use the Silent Left Button (1) and Silent Right Button (2) for quiet operation, or the Voiced Left Button (4) and Voiced Right Button (5) for tactile and audible feedback, ideal for gaming.

Charging

The JOMAA Ergonomic Vertical Wireless Mouse features a built-in rechargeable battery.

• Connect the mouse to a power source using a Type-C charging cable.
• The Charging/Low Battery Indicator LED (7) will light up red during charging.
• The LED will turn off or change color (depending on the model) once fully charged.
• Charge the mouse when the red LED (7) flashes or remains solid, indicating a low battery.

Maintenance

• Keep the mouse clean by wiping it with a soft, dry cloth.
• Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
• Do not expose the mouse to extreme temperatures or moisture.
• Store the USB receiver in its designated compartment on the bottom of the mouse when not in use to prevent loss.

Troubleshooting

Mouse not responding:

• Ensure the mouse is powered on.
• Check the battery level and charge if necessary.
• For 2.4G connection, ensure the USB receiver is securely plugged in and the mouse is in 2.4G mode (LED 8 green).
• For Bluetooth connection, ensure the mouse is in the correct Bluetooth mode (BT1 or BT2, LED 9 or 10 green) and successfully paired with your device. Try re-pairing if necessary.
• Try connecting the mouse to a different USB port or a different device to rule out port or device issues.

Cursor movement is erratic or slow:

• Clean the optical sensor on the bottom of the mouse.
• Ensure you are using the mouse on a suitable surface (non-reflective, opaque).
• Adjust the DPI setting using the DPI Switch Button (6).

Bluetooth connection drops frequently:

• Ensure the mouse is within the effective range of your device.
• Check for interference from other wireless devices.
• Recharge the mouse battery.
