3. Setup and Installation
3.1 Compatibility Check
Compatibility cannot be determined solely by car model and year. Please verify the following:
- Compare the product's installation position with your car's dashboard.
- Check if the product's power cable interface matches your car's wiring. (Note: Not all original car interfaces need to be connected).
- If unsure, send a picture of your original car radio's front installation location and its rear interface to customer support.

3.2 Wiring Instructions
The unit is designed for easy wiring, connecting to the standard car wiring using a 'pin to pin' connector principle.

3.3 External Microphone & Subwoofer
To ensure high-quality call audio, the T3L/T6L/T8/T10 radio models include an RCA cable and an external microphone. The MIC interface is 2.5mm. The unit also supports connecting an external subwoofer.

4. Operating Instructions
4.1 AI Voice Control
The unit supports AI voice control for various functions. An additional activation code is required to use this feature. Without the activation code, AI voice control will not function.

4.2 GPS Navigation
The unit features 3D GPS navigation. JMCQ radios come pre-installed with the latest IGO offline map for the recipient's country. Map updates are provided periodically.

4.3 Split Screen Functionality
The Android 10/9.0 system supports application split screen, allowing you to run two applications simultaneously. For example, the main driver can use map navigation on one side, while a passenger watches a video on the other.

4.4 Digital Sound Processor (DSP)

4.7 RDS Function
The JMCQ T10/PLUS/PRO radio includes an RDS function, particularly useful for European users. It automatically selects stable radio frequencies and displays station information.

4.8 Steering Wheel Control
All JMCQ car radios support steering wheel control. Most models can be used after learning the steering wheel buttons in the settings menu. Some models require connection to the CANBUS module (included) for plug-and-play functionality.

4.9 Reverse Rear View Display

4.10 ADAS DVR

5.1 Cooling Fan

- Slow Performance/Stuttering Apps: If using memory-intensive apps (e.g., Yandex map) or experiencing slow performance, consider purchasing a version with more than 2GB RAM for a smoother experience.
- Rearview Camera Display Issues: If the rearview camera displays abnormally after replacement, ensure the original rearview camera requires CANBUS and adjust the machine settings according to the new camera's standards.
- Abnormal Restart/Freeze: The cooling fan is designed to mitigate these issues in high-temperature environments or during long-term use. Ensure proper ventilation around the unit.

Your JMCQ car radio comes with a 365-day warranty. We provide installation instructions and online guidance. If the product has quality problems within 1 year after confirming receipt, we will replace the new machine for you. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, or modification of the product.
