4. Product Overview
4.1 Front Panel

- Power/Mode Button: Short press to switch between Radio, USB, TF, AUX, and Bluetooth modes. Long press to power on/off.
- Volume Knob: Rotate to adjust volume. Press to access menu options (Bass, Treble, Balance, Fader, EQ).
- Mute Button: Mutes/unmutes audio.

5. Installation

5.1 Pre-Installation Check
- Ensure your vehicle's electrical system is 12V DC.
- Disconnect the vehicle's battery negative terminal before starting installation to prevent short circuits.
- Verify the dimensions of your car's dashboard opening match the unit's installation size (178x50mm).
5.2 Wiring Diagram
Refer to the wiring diagram provided with your power cord. Typical connections include:
- Yellow Wire: Constant 12V (Battery +)
- Red Wire: ACC (Ignition Switch 12V +)
- Black Wire: Ground (-)
- Blue Wire: Power Antenna / Remote Turn-on for Amplifier
- Speaker Wires: Connect to vehicle's speakers (ensure correct polarity).
Caution: Incorrect wiring can cause severe damage to the unit and your vehicle's electrical system. If unsure, consult a professional.
5.3 Mounting the Unit
- Install the metal mounting sleeve into the dashboard opening.
- Bend the tabs on the mounting sleeve outwards to secure it.
- Connect the wiring harness, antenna, and RCA cables to the rear of the unit.
- Carefully slide the unit into the mounting sleeve until it clicks into place.
- Reconnect the vehicle's battery negative terminal.

6. Operation
6.1 Power On/Off and Mode Selection
- Power On: Press the power/mode button.
- Power Off: Long press the power/mode button.
- Mode Select: Short press the power/mode button to cycle through FM, USB, TF, AUX, and BT (Bluetooth) modes.
6.2 FM Radio Operation
- In FM mode, press the BAND button to select FM1, FM2, or FM3.
- Short press the Previous/Next Track buttons to manually tune to the next/previous frequency.
- Long press the Previous/Next Track buttons to automatically scan for the next/previous strong station.
- To save a station, tune to the desired frequency, then long press one of the Preset Buttons (1-6) until you hear a beep. The station is now saved to that preset.

6.3 USB/TF Card Playback
- Insert a USB flash drive into the USB port or a TF card into the TF card slot. The unit will automatically switch to USB/TF mode and begin playback.
- Use the Previous/Next Track buttons to skip tracks.
- Use Preset Button 1 (1/▲SDM) for Play/Pause.
- Preset Button 2 (2/INT): Plays the first few seconds of each track.
- Preset Button 3 (3/RPT): Repeats the current track.
- Preset Button 4 (4/RDM): Plays tracks in random order.
- Preset Button 5 (5/-10): Skips back 10 tracks.
- Preset Button 6 (6/+10): Skips forward 10 tracks.


6.4 AUX Input
- Connect your external audio device (e.g., smartphone, MP3 player) to the AUX input using a 3.5mm audio cable.
- Press the Mode button until 'AUX' is displayed.
- Control playback from your external device.

6.5 Bluetooth Operation
- Pairing: Turn on Bluetooth on your mobile device and search for 'SWL-BT'. Select it to pair. Once connected, the Bluetooth icon on the radio display will illuminate.
- Music Streaming: Play music from your paired device. Use the radio's controls (Play/Pause, Previous/Next Track) or your phone to manage playback.
- Hands-free Calling: When a call comes in, the radio will display the caller ID. Press the Volume Knob (or the answer button on the remote) to answer. Press again to end the call.

6.6 Time Display and Setting
- Press the CLK button to display the current time.
- To set the time, long press the CLK button until the hour digits flash. Use the Volume Knob to adjust the hour, then press the CLK button again to switch to minute adjustment. Adjust minutes with the Volume Knob. Press CLK once more to confirm.

6.7 EQ Sound Effects
- Press the Volume Knob repeatedly to cycle through audio settings like BASS, TREBLE, BALANCE, FADER, and EQ.
- When EQ is displayed, rotate the Volume Knob to select preset equalizer modes such as Pop, Rock, Classic, etc.

6.8 Power Off Memory
The unit features a power-off memory function. It will remember the last played frequency, track position, and volume level when powered off and restore them upon restart. Note: This function is active when using TF or U disk playback and the machine is shut down normally. It is not available for mobile phone playing.

7. Maintenance
- Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the unit's surface. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Fuse Replacement: If the unit does not power on, check the fuse in the power cord. Replace it with a fuse of the same rating if blown.
- Reset: If the unit malfunctions or becomes unresponsive, press the Reset button with a pointed object (e.g., a pen tip) to restore factory settings.
