6. Setup & Connections
6.1. Type-C Connection
- Please use the Type-C C1 port. This port only requires one cable to achieve upper and lower screen display.
- If you are using the Type-C C2 port, only the upper screen can be displayed.
Note: For a more stable and better experience, it is recommended to connect the external power supply.
6.2. HDMI Connection
- Please use the HDMI 1 port to achieve upper and lower screen display.
- If you are using the HDMI 2 port, only the upper screen can be displayed.

7.1. On-Screen Display (OSD) Menu
The OSD menu allows you to adjust various display settings. To access the OSD menu, press the Pulley Button (A or C). Use the Pulley Button to navigate and confirm selections.

Clone Mode
The two screens of the monitor display the same content as your primary device.
Expansion Mode
Only available for Type-C connections. In this mode, the two screens of the monitor can be used independently to display different contents. When the main screen of the computer is in extend mode, three screens can be used to display different contents.
Sequence Mode
The two screens of the monitor can be combined into an overall screen with a resolution of 1920*2160. It is recommended that the computer be set to extend mode. If the computer is set to copy mode, the monitor will only display 1920*1080 in the center area, resulting in black borders.
Stand Alone Mode
This mode is suitable for using the two screens of the monitor separately, each displaying independent content.

Q: Why does my monitor not turn on?
- Make sure the cable you use is provided by us, or is compatible with your device and is not damaged.
- Select the correct input source, such as HDMI or Type-C.
- If you are using a Type-C signal source, please ensure that the Type-C port of your devices supports both power and signal transmission. Also, make sure that the cable is connected to the monitor's second Type-C port, not the first.
- This may be caused by insufficient power supply. It is recommended to use an external power supply above PD45W.
Q: The screen flickers or goes black during use.
- This is generally caused by an insufficient power supply. The monitor requires high power support. Please use the original cable included to power the monitor.
- If you use a power bank to power the monitor, please confirm whether the power of the power bank reaches 30W or above.
- If there is external interference, please try to move speakers and other equipment away.
- Please try to set the device refresh rate to 60Hz.
