7. Troubleshooting

7.1 Networking is not successful

  • Confirm you are not in visitor mode; register an APP account.
  • Ensure the network password is entered correctly.
  • Verify Wi-Fi signal strength is good. Keep the feeder within 10 meters of the router.
  • Use a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network; 5GHz is not supported.

7.2 Searching for devices not available

If there's no network for a long time after power on, the device might not be found. Reset the device by unlocking it and pressing and holding the feeder icon for about 5 seconds until the Wi-Fi indicator goes out, then release. The Wi-Fi indicator will flash, indicating a successful reset.

7.3 No grain, stuck grain

  • Check if the remaining food is sufficient.
  • Ensure the grain outlet is not too full; reduce serving size if necessary.
  • If grain jam occurs, clean the grain bucket to ensure normal operation.

7.4 Does not work when connected to the power supply

  • Check if the power plug is properly connected.
  • Verify the machine plug is reliably connected and the power indicator lights up normally.

7.5 Feeder shows "offline"

  • Check your cell phone's network connection.
  • Check the distance from the home router; do not exceed 10 meters and avoid walls between the feeder and router.
  • If disconnected, the machine will reconnect after a while. The feeder has a memory storage function, so the feeding plan will continue as usual even if the network is temporarily disconnected.
