The charger is shown in a typical desktop environment, efficiently charging a laptop, tablet, and smartphone at the same time, highlighting its suitability for multi-device users.
5.3. LED Digital Display
The charger features an LED digital display that shows the charging voltage and current. When multiple ports are in use, the display will cyclically switch between the output ports, with the corresponding character flickering 6 times to indicate the currently displayed port's values.
6. Compatibility
The LDNIO A4808Q charger is universally compatible with a wide range of devices that support USB-C and USB-A charging, including various fast charging protocols.

Figure 6.1: Universal Device Compatibility
This diagram lists compatible devices, including USB-C laptops (MacBook Air, Dell XPS 13, Google Pixelbook, HP Spectre, Lenovo, ThinkPad X390), phones and tablets (iPhone 6 and later, Samsung Galaxy S8/Note 2 and later, iPad/mini/Air/Pro/Surface, Google/LG), and other devices (AirPods/Pro, Apple Watch).
6.1. Samsung Fast Charging Guide
For Samsung devices, ensure you understand the specific fast charging technology your device supports:
- Check Device Support: Most Samsung smartphones since 2019 support fast charging. Older models like the A10 may not.
- Identify Fast Charging Type:
- Adaptive Fast Charging: Supported by A series*, older S series (S10 and older), older Note series (Note 9 and older), M series, Flip series, and first Fold. These devices typically support up to 15W.
- Super Fast Charging: Supported by new S series (from S20), new Note series (from Note 10), and Fold series (since Fold 2).
- Match Charger Power: Devices with Adaptive Fast Charging support a maximum of 15W. For Super Fast Charging, this charger supports 25W PPS fast charging. Note that this charger does NOT support 45W PPS fast charging at full speed.
- Use the Right Cable:
- For Adaptive Fast Charging (up to 15W), use a standard USB-A to USB-C cable.
- For Super Fast Charging (25W PPS), use a USB-C to USB-C cable.

8. Maintenance
- Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the charger. Do not use liquid cleaners or aerosols.
- Storage: Store the charger in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
- Cable Care: Avoid bending or twisting the power cable excessively to prevent damage.
9. Troubleshooting
- Q: My device is not fast charging.
- A: Ensure your device supports fast charging and that you are using a cable compatible with fast charging speeds. Also, verify that the charger port you are using supports the required wattage for your device's fast charging protocol.
- Q: The LED display is flickering or showing inconsistent readings.
- A: When multiple ports are in use, the display will cyclically switch between ports, with the current port's reading flickering. This is normal behavior. If the flickering is constant and not cycling, try unplugging and re-plugging the charger.
- Q: Charging pauses briefly when I connect a new device.
- A: This is normal. The charger intelligently redistributes power to optimize charging for all connected devices, causing a momentary pause.
- Q: The charger feels warm during use.
- A: It is normal for the charger to generate some heat during operation, especially when charging multiple devices at high power. If it becomes excessively hot or emits smoke/odor, unplug it immediately and contact support.
10. User Tips
- Always use high-quality charging cables that support fast charging to maximize efficiency.
- When charging power-hungry devices like laptops, prioritize using the USB-C1 or USB-C2 ports for optimal 65W output.
- Keep the charger on a flat, stable surface to ensure proper ventilation.
- If you notice any unusual behavior, such as excessive heat or strange noises, discontinue use and consult the troubleshooting section or contact customer support.
