This manual provides detailed instructions for the safe and effective use of your TELESIN T10 Bluetooth Remote Control. This device is designed to enhance your action camera experience by offering convenient wireless control over various GoPro Hero models and compatible smartphones. Please read this manual thoroughly before operating the device.
2. Safety Information
WARNING - GENERAL SAFETY INFORMATION
This product is a professional photography auxiliary accessory, designed exclusively for use with compatible cameras, lenses, or imaging equipment. It is not a standalone electronic device or toy. Improper installation, overloading, use with incompatible gear, or disregard of these safety instructions may result in severe equipment damage (e.g., camera/lens fall, lens scratch), personal injury (e.g., cuts, impact wounds), or property loss. All safety guidelines must be followed to ensure safe and effective use.
DANGER - Risk of Equipment Damage & Personal Injury:
- For mounting accessories (Tripod/Bracket/Battery Grip): Always confirm the accessory's maximum load capacity before use. Do not exceed the specified limit (e.g., "Max Load: 5kg")—overloading or loose installation will cause the camera/lens to fall, resulting in breakage or injury. Tighten all fasteners fully and test stability before use.
- For electronic accessories (Battery Grip/Charging Cable/Flash Trigger): Never use damaged, frayed, or modified cables/connectors. Avoid exposure to water, rain, or high-humidity environments (e.g., bathrooms, rainstorms) to prevent short circuits, electric shock, or battery leakage. Discontinue use immediately if the accessory overheats or emits an odor.
- Choking Hazard: Small components (mounting screws, adapter caps, battery compartment covers, tiny connectors) are included. Keep the product and all accessories away from children under 3 years old and pets. If any small part is swallowed, seek emergency medical attention immediately.
CAUTION - Installation Safety:
- Follow the camera/lens manufacturer's user manual to ensure proper compatibility. Align interfaces correctly (e.g., tripod 1/4" thread with camera bottom socket; filter thread with lens rim) and do not force installation—this will strip threads, damage ports, or scratch optical surfaces.
- For adjustable accessories (Tripod Legs/Monopod/Extension Rod): Lock all joints, knobs, or latches securely before placing equipment. Gently shake the setup to verify stability; re-tighten if loose.
CAUTION - Material & Usage Protection:
- For optical accessories (Lens Filter/Flash Diffuser): Avoid dropping, hitting, or touching optical surfaces with bare hands. Fingerprints, scratches, or smudges will degrade image quality. Use only professional lens cleaning tools.
- Keep all accessories away from heat sources (direct sunlight for >6 hours, camera hot shoes, heaters, stoves) to prevent material deformation, melting (plastic parts), or optical coating damage (filters).
- Compatibility Restrictions: Do not use with cameras/lenses/equipment that exceed the accessory's size, weight, or interface specifications. Verify compatibility (lens diameter, thread size, mount type) before purchase or use.
CAUTION - Electronic Accessory Safety:
- For battery-powered accessories: Use only the specified battery type (e.g., "LP-E6 Rechargeable Lithium Battery"). Do not mix old/new batteries or different chemistries (alkaline vs. lithium).
- Disconnect electronic accessories from power/camera before cleaning, storing, or replacing components to avoid short circuits.
