4. Setup Guide
Follow these steps to set up your SUNUO N3 Pro Visual Ear Cleaner:
- Download the 'Soulear' App:
Scan the QR code provided in the physical manual or search for "Soulear" in your device's App Store (for iOS) or Google Play Store (for Android). Install the application. - Power On the Device:
Long press the power button on the ear cleaner device for 5 seconds to turn it on. The indicator light will flash after booting up. - Connect to Wi-Fi:
Go to your mobile device's Wi-Fi settings. Find and select the Wi-Fi network named "Soulear-xxxx" (where 'xxxx' is a unique identifier). Connect to this network. If prompted about no internet connection, select "Keep" or "CONNECT" to proceed. - Open the 'Soulear' App:
Once connected to the device's Wi-Fi, open the 'Soulear' app. The app should automatically detect the device and display a live view from the camera. If prompted, allow the app to access your local network and wireless data.

5. Operating Instructions
Once the device is set up and connected to the 'Soulear' app:
- Attach an Ear Spoon: Select a suitable silicone ear spoon cover and securely attach it to the tip of the ear cleaner. Ensure it is firmly in place.
- Insert into Ear Canal: Gently and slowly insert the ear cleaner into your ear canal while observing the live feed on your connected device. Do not force the device into the ear.
- Visualize and Clean: Use the live video feed to guide your movements. The 8MP camera and LED lights will provide a clear view of earwax and the ear canal. Carefully use the ear spoon to gently scoop out visible earwax.
- Capture Images/Videos: The 'Soulear' app allows you to capture still images (JPEG) or record videos (AVI) of your ear canal for later review or consultation with a healthcare professional.
- Switch Ear Spoons: If needed, replace the ear spoon cover with a different type or a fresh one. The replaceable silicone covers are designed for hygiene and can be used by the whole family.
- Power Off: After use, long press the power button to turn off the device.

6. Maintenance
- Cleaning the Ear Spoons: After each use, remove the silicone ear spoon cover and clean it thoroughly with soap and water or an alcohol wipe. Ensure it is completely dry before storing or reusing.
- Cleaning the Camera Lens: Gently wipe the camera lens with a soft, dry cloth or a cotton swab to remove any debris or smudges. Do not use abrasive materials or harsh chemicals.
- Charging: Charge the device using the provided Type-C charging cable when the power indicator shows red or the battery is low.

Uninstall the App and scan the QR code to install it again. - Live image does not show after launching the app:
- Make sure you connect the correct WiFi ID "Soulear-xxxx".
- The question: "This WLAN network has no Internet access. Connect anyway?" Please be sure to choose the "Connect". If you choose "CANCEL" at the first time, you need to forget the network of the "Soulear-xxxx" WiFi on your phone, then connect with this WiFi again. Continue to open the app and choose "CONNECT" of this question, so that it can work properly.
- Enter your mobile device setting and allow the "Soulear" App to access "WLAN" or "WLAN & Cellular Data".
- Close the App and open it again.
- Turn the mobile phone data on, then off again.
- The power indicator of the ear endoscope shows red:
Please charge the product. - WIFI connection break:
Please restart the ear endoscope, open the App, and connect to WiFi. - When iPhone prompts "cannot join this WiFi, the network is temporarily unavailable, please try again later":
When the above situation occurs, please try to turn off the product, turn it on again after 30s, and reconnect to WiFi to connect and use. - When Android phone connects to WiFi, it prompts "Network access is full":
