4. Setup Guide
4.1. Micro SD Card Installation
- Ensure the dash cam is powered off.
- Locate the Micro SD card slot on the side of the main unit.
- Insert the provided KAWA 64GB Micro SD card into the slot until it clicks into place.
- To remove, gently push the card until it springs out.

4.2. Dash Cam Mounting
- Clean the windshield area where you intend to mount the dash cam.
- Apply the anti-static film to the chosen area on the windshield.
- Attach the holder to the dash cam, then peel off the protective film from the 3M glue on the holder.
- Press the dash cam firmly onto the anti-static film on the windshield, ensuring a clear view of the road.
- Route the power cord neatly along the windshield edge and dashboard, using the crowbar to tuck it under trim if necessary, to the car charger.
- Connect the rear camera to the main unit using the provided 7m cable and mount it on the rear windshield, ensuring optimal rear view coverage.

4.3. Power Connection
Plug the car charger into your vehicle's cigarette lighter socket and connect the power cord to the dash cam. The dash cam will automatically power on and begin recording when your vehicle starts.

5.1. Basic Recording
Once powered on, the KAWA D10 will automatically start recording. It captures video simultaneously from the front (4K) and rear (1080P) cameras. The recording is continuous, utilizing a loop-cycle recording feature that overwrites the oldest footage when the Micro SD card is full. Emergency-recorded videos are protected from overwriting.

The 3.16-inch IPS screen provides a clear view of the recording. You can switch between front and rear camera views with a single click on the device.
