- Ensure the machine is placed on a stable, level surface.
- Do not operate the machine with a damaged cord or plug.

- Ensure proper ventilation around the machine; do not block cooling vents.
3. Setup
3.1 Unpacking and Placement
- Carefully remove the machine from its packaging.
- Place the machine on a sturdy, level countertop or table. Ensure there is adequate space around the machine for ventilation, especially near the cooling vents.
- The cone holder can be installed in two positions for convenience.

3.2 Initial Cleaning
- Before first use, clean all parts that will come into contact with food. Refer to the 'Maintenance' section for detailed cleaning instructions.
3.3 Power Connection
- Ensure the machine's power requirements match your electrical supply.
- Plug the machine into a grounded electrical outlet.
4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Preparing the Mixture
- Prepare your soft ice cream mixture according to your recipe.
- Important Note: It is highly recommended to follow the standard ratio of water and ice cream powder (1:2.5) instead of using milk paste for optimal results.
4.2 Filling the Hoppers
- Pour the prepared mixture into the two stainless steel hoppers located on top of the machine. Each hopper has a capacity of either 0.8 Gal (3 L) or 1.6 Gal (6 L) depending on the model.

4.3 Control Panel Functions
The intelligent LCD panel allows for easy operation and real-time visualization of the ice cream making process.

- AUTO: Initiates the automatic refrigeration process to start freezing the mixture.
- CLEAN: Activates the one-click cleaning function (refer to Maintenance).
- STOP: Halts the current operation.
- HARD / SOFT: Adjusts the hardness of the ice cream. Use '+' for harder, '-' for softer.
- SET: Used to confirm settings or enter programming modes.
- Display: Shows real-time temperature, hardness level, and the quantity of ice cream produced (cups).
4.4 Dispensing Ice Cream
- Once the ice cream is ready (indicated on the display), place a cone or cup under the dispensing nozzle.
- Pull down one of the ergonomic handles to dispense a single flavor, or the middle handle for a mixed flavor.
- The machine offers 3 flavors (2 single, 1 mixed) and comes with 4 distinct nozzles to create various ice cream shapes.

5. Maintenance
5.1 Daily Cleaning
- After each day of use, or when changing flavors, perform a thorough cleaning.
- One-click Cleaning: Utilize the 'CLEAN' function on the control panel for quick and automatic machine cleaning.
- Remove the drip tray for separate cleaning.
- Disassemble and wash all parts that come into contact with the ice cream mixture, such as the dispensing nozzles and internal components, with warm soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and allow to air dry.

5.2 General Care
- Wipe down the exterior of the machine with a damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners.
- Ensure cooling vents are free from dust and debris to maintain optimal performance of the compressor.
- Important Note: There is no refrigeration function in the tank. Please take out any remaining ice cream mixture in time when the machine is not in use to prevent spoilage.
