Maintenance
- Storage: Store the jump starter in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. It is resistant to temperatures between -20°C and 60°C.
- Cleaning: Wipe the unit with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
- Battery Life: For optimal battery life, recharge the unit every 3-6 months, even if not in use.
- Water Resistance: The unit is super waterproof, but avoid submerging it in water.

Troubleshooting
- Jump Starter Not Turning On: Ensure the unit is charged. If the battery is completely depleted, it may take a few minutes of charging before the indicators respond.
- Vehicle Not Starting:
- Check that the smart clamps are securely connected to the correct battery terminals (Red to +, Black to -).
- Ensure the smart clamp plug is fully inserted into the EC5 port on the jump starter.
- The vehicle battery might be severely discharged or faulty. The jump starter is designed for starting vehicles with weak batteries, not completely dead or damaged ones.
- The vehicle's engine size might exceed the jump starter's capacity (6.5L Gas / 5.0L Diesel).
- Smart Clamps Indicator Lights: Refer to the smart clamp's built-in indicator lights (if present) for specific error codes (e.g., reverse polarity, short circuit).
- Slow Charging of External Devices: Ensure your device's charging cable is functioning correctly. The USB-A output is 5V/2.1A, which may not be fast charging for all devices.
User Tips
- Check Charge Level: Always check the indicator lights on the jump starter to ensure it has sufficient charge before attempting to jump start a vehicle. The indicators signal the percentage of charge.
- Multiple Starts: A fully charged UTRAI T1 can provide approximately 30 jump starts on a single charge, depending on the vehicle and battery condition.
- Cold Weather Performance: The device is designed to operate in low temperatures down to -20°C, making it suitable for winter use.
- Regular Recharging: To prolong the lifespan of the internal battery, it is recommended to recharge the jump starter every few months, even when not in active use.
