- Battery Replacement: Replace the 3 AA alkaline batteries when the dispenser's performance diminishes or it stops dispensing foam.
- Nozzle Cleaning: If the nozzle becomes clogged, gently wipe it with a damp cloth. Do not use sharp objects to clear the nozzle.
Troubleshooting
- No Foam Dispensed:
- Check if the batteries are correctly installed and have sufficient charge. Replace if necessary.
- Ensure there is enough liquid soap in the container.
- Verify that your hand is placed within the induction distance (<45mm) of the sensor.
- Foam is Not Rich/Bubbly Enough:
- The foaming quality can vary depending on the type of liquid soap used. Not all washing liquids will foam optimally with this machine. Consider trying a different brand of foaming hand soap or dilute your current liquid soap according to its instructions for foaming dispensers.
- Ensure the liquid soap is diluted correctly if it's a concentrate.
- Dispenser Leaks:
- Ensure the liquid container is screwed on tightly to the dispenser base.
- Check for any cracks or damage to the liquid container.
