Setup Instructions

  2. Set FM Frequency:
    • Tune your car's FM radio to an empty frequency (one with no static or strong broadcast).
    • On the BT99, press the 'CH+' or 'CH-' buttons, or rotate the multi-function knob, to match the FM frequency of your car radio. Ensure both frequencies are identical for optimal audio quality.
  3. Pair with Bluetooth Device:
    • On your smartphone or other Bluetooth-enabled device, enable Bluetooth.
    • Search for available devices and select "BT99" to pair.
    • Once paired, the device will confirm the connection on its LCD screen.
  4. Music Playback Source:
    • Bluetooth: Play music from your paired device. The audio will be transmitted to your car's speakers via the selected FM frequency.
    • TF Card/USB Drive: Insert a TF card or USB flash drive (up to 64GB) containing MP3, WMA, WAV, or FLAC audio files into the designated slot. The device will automatically detect and play music from the storage.

Operating Instructions

Music Playback Controls:

  • Play/Pause: Press the multi-function knob.
  • Next Track: Press the 'Next' button (usually labeled with a right arrow or '>>').
  • Previous Track: Press the 'Previous' button (usually labeled with a left arrow or '<<').
  • Volume Adjustment: Rotate the multi-function knob clockwise to increase volume, counter-clockwise to decrease.
  • Bass Boost: Press the "BASS" button to activate or deactivate the dynamic Hi-Fi bass effect.
  • Treble Control: Press the "TRE" button to activate or deactivate the treble effect.

Hands-Free Calling:

  • Answer Call: Press the multi-function knob once when an incoming call rings.
  • End Call: Press the multi-function knob once during a call.
  • Reject Call: Press and hold the multi-function knob for 2 seconds when an incoming call rings.
  • Redial Last Number: Double-press the multi-function knob.
