4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Basic Recording
The dash cam automatically starts recording when your vehicle's engine is turned on and stops when the engine is turned off. Recordings are saved in segments to the MicroSD card.
4.2 Emergency Recording
The built-in G-sensor detects sudden shakes or collisions. In such events, the dash cam automatically records emergency video and locks it to prevent overwriting. You can also manually trigger an emergency recording by pressing the designated button on the device.
4.3 24-Hour Parking Surveillance
When the vehicle is parked, the dash cam can enter parking surveillance mode. If a collision or significant movement is detected, it will automatically record a short video. This feature requires a hardwire kit (sold separately) for continuous power.

The ADAS features provide real-time voice alerts to enhance driving safety:
- Lane Departure Warning System (LDWS): Alerts you if your vehicle drifts out of its lane.
- Forward Collision Warning System (FCWS): Warns you of a potential collision with the vehicle ahead.
Ensure ADAS is calibrated correctly via the 70mai app for optimal performance.
