2. Setup Guide
2.1 Initial Charging
Before first use, fully charge the camera for 6-8 hours using a 5V/1A charger and the provided Type-C cable. This ensures optimal battery performance.
2.2 App Download and Installation
The camera operates with the ANRAN app. Please download the ANRAN app from your device's app store (iOS or Android).
2.3 Camera Installation
- Choose a location where the solar panel receives direct sunlight for most of the day.
- Mount the camera securely using the provided screws. The camera features a wireless design for easy installation anywhere.
- Ensure the camera is within range of your 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network.

2.4 Wi-Fi Connection
The camera supports 2.4GHz Wi-Fi only. If your router supports both 2.4GHz and 5GHz, ensure you connect the camera to the 2.4GHz network during setup.
3. Operating Instructions
3.1 Live View and Pan/Tilt Control
Access the live feed through the ANRAN app. Use the on-screen controls to pan the camera 355° horizontally and tilt 90° vertically, providing a 360-degree view without blind spots.

3.2 Two-Way Audio
The camera features two-way audio, allowing you to communicate with individuals near the camera through the app. Simply press and hold the 'Hold to Talk' button in the app.

3.3 Smart Event Recording and Siren Alarm
The camera automatically switches between sleep and active modes to conserve energy. When PIR humanoid detection is triggered, the camera wakes up, records, activates LED lights, and sends an alarm message via the app. If no motion is detected, it enters sleep mode.

3.4 Night Vision Modes
The camera offers three night vision modes:
- Smart Night Vision: White LEDs automatically illuminate for color images when a person is detected, optimizing energy.
- Full-Color Night Vision: White LEDs remain constantly on for continuous color imaging (higher power consumption).
- Black and White Night Vision: White LEDs are off, providing standard black and white night vision.

3.5 Playback and Sharing
Review recorded footage conveniently through the ANRAN app. You can also share the camera feed with up to 7 other users for simultaneous viewing.
3.6 Smart Home Integration
The camera is compatible with Alexa and Google Home, allowing you to view camera feeds in real-time using voice commands.

4. Maintenance
4.1 Battery Charging
The camera is primarily powered by its integrated solar panel. Ensure the solar panel is clean and exposed to direct sunlight for optimal charging. In environments with limited sunlight, you can connect an external solar panel (if available) or use a 5V/1A adapter for charging.
4.2 Storage Management
The camera supports both local storage via a Micro SD card (up to 128GB, not included) and cloud storage. Each new camera includes permanent 7-day free basic cloud storage for 6-second video recordings per event. Additional cloud storage can be purchased through the app.
4.3 Weather Resistance
The camera has an IP66 weatherproof rating, allowing it to withstand rain, snow, and dust. It operates in temperatures from -30°C to 50°C (-22°F to 122°F). Regularly check for any debris on the lens or solar panel to ensure clear operation.

5. Troubleshooting
- App Compatibility: This camera works exclusively with the ANRAN app and cannot be added to an NVR system.
- Wi-Fi Connectivity: The camera only supports 2.4GHz Wi-Fi. Ensure your router's 2.4GHz band is enabled and the camera is connected to it. It does not support 5GHz Wi-Fi or SIM cards for internet access.
- Recording Type: The camera does not support 24-hour continuous recording. It uses event-based recording, activating only when motion is detected.
- Battery Drain: If the battery drains quickly due to frequent recordings, try adjusting the camera's motion sensitivity to level 3 and increasing the humanoid detection sensitivity. Contact support if issues persist, as a higher-power external solar panel might be an option.
- Multi-Device Viewing: The camera feed can be viewed on multiple devices by sharing access through the ANRAN app (up to 7 users simultaneously).
- ONVIF/RTSP/Starlink Compatibility: The product description does not indicate support for ONVIF, RTSP protocols, or specific compatibility with Starlink.

7. Warranty and Support
ANRAN offers a 1-year warranty on all products, activated upon receipt. The warranty covers defects in the product itself and allows for repair or replacement within the warranty period. It does not cover incidental, accidental, or indirect losses, or losses caused by natural disasters.
Warranty Conditions:
- Free replacement within 1 month of receiving the goods.
- Customer pays shipping fees for warranty products between 2-12 months after receiving the goods.
8. User Tips
- Optimize Solar Charging: For best battery life, ensure the solar panel is positioned to receive maximum direct sunlight throughout the day.
- Manage Battery Life: If the camera records too frequently, leading to faster battery drain, adjust the motion detection sensitivity in the ANRAN app. Setting humanoid detection sensitivity higher can help reduce false alarms from pets or vehicles.
- App Usage: Always use the official ANRAN app for camera configuration and operation. Note that the camera is not compatible with ARCCTV APP or NVR systems.
- Wi-Fi Band: Confirm your camera is connected to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network, as 5GHz is not supported.
