http://vonets.cfgand192.168.254.254in your browser. - Clear your browser's cache and cookies, or try a different browser.
- Frequent Disconnections:
- Check the signal strength (SSA function) of the connected WiFi hotspot. Weak signals can cause instability.
- Ensure the antennas are correctly positioned (90-degree angle).
- Verify that the power supply is stable and meets the recommended specifications (5V/2A).
- Consider updating the device's firmware to the latest version.
- Device Not Working with Specific Equipment (e.g., AC managed APs, GoPro, Cisco APs, Hikvision surveillance systems):
- In the configuration settings, change the "Transmission mode" from "IP layer transparent" (default) to "MAC layer transparent". This mode handles MAC layer encryption often used by such devices.
- Issues with Huawei or iPhone Hotspots:
- When configuring the device to connect to a Huawei or iPhone hotspot, ensure you select "SSID and password match" in the "Advanced Setting" under the upper-level hotspot password.
10. User Tips
- For optimal WiFi signal, always ensure the two external antennas are positioned at a 90-degree angle.
- If you encounter network conflicts or login issues, double-check that your computer's DHCP server is disabled or configured correctly, especially after changing parameters.
- The default login credentials for the web interface are 'admin' for both User ID and password. It is recommended to change these after initial setup for security.
- If you need to add more hotspots, use the "Continue Add" button in the configuration interface.
