5. Safety Warnings
- To ensure product performance, do not operate the pump without water.
- Install the control box in a waterproof location, taking care to prevent water splashes from reaching it.
- When installing the magnetic suction cup, proceed with caution. It is best to balance and move the rear magnetic cup on the outer wall of the fish tank to secure it, preventing damage to the tank.
- Non-professionals should not attempt to open the control box or adapter to avoid damage.
- Do not allow children or inexperienced individuals to operate the product unsupervised or without safety precautions.
- After a power outage, use a mobile phone connection to ensure accurate operation of the timed mode.
- For first-time use or after prolonged storage, power on the device and operate it continuously for at least one hour to ensure the internal clock battery is charged.

6. Installation Instructions
6.1 Pump Placement
- The pump is generally suitable for all fish tank sizes.
- It can be adsorbed onto fish tank glass with a maximum thickness of 15mm.
- Install the pump body by removing the rear magnetic disc from its bracket. Position the pump body inside the fish tank, then align the external magnetic disc on the outer wall of the tank directly opposite the internal pump body. Due to strong magnetic force, handle with care to avoid pinching fingers.

6.2 Controller and Power Connection
- Select a suitable location for the control box.
- Connect the pump body to the controller using the 3-pin waterproof connection cable.
- Connect the DC plug of the power adapter to the controller.
- Finally, connect the AC line of the power adapter to a power outlet.


7. Controller Operation and Screen Display
7.1 Button Functions
- "||" Button: Short press to select Master, Slave, or Independent operation. Long press to enter Feeding Mode.
- "MODE/FREQ" Button: Short press to select different function modes. Long press to display frequency, which can be adjusted using the "▲" and "▼" buttons.
- Power Button: Short press to turn the device on or off. Long press to reset Bluetooth.
7.2 Wireless Linkage Function
The wave pumps can be linked wirelessly without physical connections for synchronized operation.
- Master Control: Short press the "||" button once. The "Master" icon will light up, indicating master control. The master controller can perform all function operations.
- Slave Control: Short press the "||" button twice. The "Slave" icon will light up, indicating slave control. The slave controller can only adjust flow; other functions are inactive.
When using two or more wave pumps, set one as the master and the others as slaves. During setup, only the master's functions need to be configured. The slave's functions are determined by the master, and the slave can only adjust flow rate.
7.3 Mode Functions
- M1: Classic Pulse Mode: Can be used with one or more pumps. Adjust flow rate using the "▲" and "▼" buttons. Long press "MODE/FREQ" to enter frequency adjustment.
- M2: Sine Wave Mode: Can be used with one or more pumps. In this mode, the wave pump's power continuously changes between 30% and 100%, with flow rate changes resembling a sine wave. Long press "MODE/FREQ" to enter frequency adjustment.
- M3: Constant Flow Mode: Can be used with one or more pumps. In this mode, the wave pump maintains a constant flow rate. Adjust flow rate using the "▲" and "▼" buttons.
- M4: Random Wave Mode: Can be used with one or more pumps. This mode operates with an irregular program, where the wave pump's power changes randomly without a fixed pattern.
- M5: Classic Circulation Mode: Can be used with one or more pumps. Adjust flow rate using the "▲" and "▼" buttons. Long press "MODE/FREQ" to enter frequency adjustment.
7.4 Feeding Function
Long press the "||" button. The screen will display "Fd10", and the wave pump will stop operation, allowing the water to remain still for 10 minutes for convenient fish feeding. After 10 minutes, the wave pump will automatically resume its previous mode. If you need to resume operation during the feeding process, long press the "||" button again.
7.5 Key Lock Function
Long press the "MODE/FREQ" buttons simultaneously until a lock icon appears in the upper right corner of the screen, indicating that the keys are locked. To unlock, long press the "MODE/FREQ" buttons again until the lock icon disappears.
8. Bluetooth Control Function
8.1 App Download
To download the Jebao Aqua app:
- For Android: Scan the QR code or search for "Jebao Aqua" on Google Play.
- For iOS: Search for "Jebao Aqua" on the App Store.

8.2 User Registration and Password Reset
- Registration: After downloading the app, click "Register Now" on the login screen. Fill in the required information and click "Register Now" to complete. Return to the login screen to log in with your new account.
- Password Reset: On the login screen, click "Forgot Password". Select your account type, follow the prompts to reset your password, and then return to the main interface to log in.
8.3 Connecting the Device
- Enable Bluetooth on your mobile phone.
- Ensure the wave pump controller is powered on.
- In the app, click "Add Bluetooth Device" or the "+" icon in the upper right corner to search for devices.
- Once the device appears in the list, click the Bluetooth icon next to it to successfully add it.
8.4 Controlling the Wave Pump
On the device interface, long press the device icon for 2 seconds to enter the device control interface.
- Manual Control: In the device control interface, long press the manual button for 2 seconds to enter manual mode. You can switch between wave modes (Classic Pulse, Sine Wave, Random Wave, Constant Flow) using the left and right buttons at the bottom of the page. Click the central wave mode button to adjust flow (Flow) and frequency (Frequency). The minimum adjustable flow is 30%, and the minimum adjustable frequency is 5. Click "Confirm" to save settings.
- Feeding Mode: Set the feeding time and activate the feeding switch. Click "Confirm" to apply. During feeding, the wave pump will pause operation.
- Timing Mode: In the device control interface, long press the timing icon for about 2 seconds to enter the timing mode settings. Double-click the blank area of the circular ring to add a timed period or use the switch button to automatically add a timed period. Select the wave mode and set parameters in the pop-up window. Adjust the start and end times by dragging the slider or directly modifying them. Click "Done" to save the schedule. To delete a scheduled period, click "Delete". After setting, return to the main page and click the timing icon to activate timing mode.
8.5 Grouping Wave Pumps
Click the "+" icon in the upper right corner to select "Add Group". Select the devices you wish to add to the group and click "Next". Choose the corresponding aquarium or click "+" to customize an aquarium name. Enter the group name and complete the addition.
Long press the group icon for two seconds to enter the group page. Clicking "Settings" on the group page will lead to the group control page, which operates similarly to single pump control. (Note: Grouping does not support linkage settings.)
To add or delete devices within a group (minimum two devices), click the settings icon in the upper right corner.
9. Pump Management
- The factory default time of the device may be inaccurate. For the first use of timed mode, it may be necessary to calibrate the time settings (click "Set Time").
- Users can also change the name of the pump for easier management.
- The current pump can be deleted from the app.
10. Maintenance
- Regularly clean the wave pump to ensure its effective operation.
- If water gets on the surface of the control box, wipe it dry with a clean cloth to prevent water from entering the control box.
- To clean debris from the pump body, rotate the front net clockwise to lock and counter-clockwise to open.
- Wipe the impeller blades with a soft cloth and clean the pump body with water.
- This product is intended for indoor use only. The control box and adapter must not be allowed to fall into water to prevent unnecessary damage.
