5. Setup Instructions

  1. Install Batteries in Transmitters: Open the battery compartment on each bodypack transmitter and insert two AA batteries, ensuring correct polarity.
  2. Connect Receiver to Power: Connect the provided 5V 2A power adapter to the receiver's power input and then to a suitable power outlet.
  3. Connect Receiver to Audio System: Use the supplied 6.35mm audio cable to connect the receiver's output to the input of your mixer, amplifier, or karaoke machine.
  4. Attach Headset Microphones: Plug each headset microphone into the Mic Input jack on its corresponding bodypack transmitter.
  5. Power On Receiver: Press the Power button on the receiver unit. The display should light up.
  6. Power On Transmitters: Press the Power (ON/OFF) button on each bodypack transmitter. The LED screen should illuminate.
  7. Automatic Frequency Matching (Flash Match): The system features "Flash Match" technology for automatic frequency synchronization. Once both the receiver and transmitters are powered on, they should automatically pair. Observe the RF indicators on the receiver; they should light up steadily for active channels. If pairing does not occur automatically, consult the troubleshooting section.
  8. Position Transmitters: Clip the bodypack transmitters securely to your clothing using the waist bag clip. Ensure the headset microphone is positioned correctly for optimal sound pickup.
  9. Test Audio: Speak into each headset microphone and check the audio output from your connected sound system. Adjust the individual volume controls on the receiver as needed.

6. Operating Instructions

6.1. Power On/Off

  • To turn on the system, first power on the receiver, then each bodypack transmitter.
  • To turn off the system, first power off each bodypack transmitter, then the receiver. This prevents pops or clicks through your sound system.

6.2. Volume Control

The receiver unit has individual volume controls for each of the four microphone channels (A, B, C, D). Adjust these knobs to achieve the desired audio level for each microphone.

6.3. Real-time Listening

The system's real-time listening capability helps monitor and adjust sound status effectively, preventing environmental noise interference. Ensure your sound system is properly configured to utilize this feature for optimal performance.

7. Maintenance

  • Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the surfaces of the receiver and transmitters. Do not use liquid cleaners or solvents.
  • Battery Replacement: Replace AA batteries in the bodypack transmitters when the low battery indicator appears or when performance degrades. Always use fresh, high-quality batteries.
  • Storage: When not in use for extended periods, remove batteries from the transmitters and store the system in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
  • Cable Care: Avoid bending or kinking cables sharply. Store them neatly to prevent damage.

8. Troubleshooting

ProblemPossible CauseSolution
No sound from microphone
  • Transmitter or receiver not powered on.
  • Low or dead batteries in transmitter.
  • Microphone not properly connected to transmitter.
  • Receiver not connected to sound system.
  • Volume levels too low.
  • Frequency mismatch.
  • Ensure both receiver and transmitters are powered on.
  • Replace AA batteries in the bodypack transmitter.
  • Check microphone connection to the bodypack.
  • Verify audio cable connection from receiver to sound system.
  • Increase individual channel volume on the receiver and master volume on your sound system.
  • Power cycle both receiver and transmitter to re-initiate Flash Match.
Poor sound quality, static, or dropouts
  • Interference from other wireless devices.
  • Transmitter too far from receiver (beyond 50m range).
  • Obstructions between transmitter and receiver.
  • Low batteries in transmitter.
  • Move away from other wireless devices or sources of interference.
  • Reduce the distance between the transmitter and receiver.
  • Ensure a clear line of sight between transmitter and receiver antennas.
  • Replace AA batteries in the bodypack transmitter.
Receiver power adapter voltage compatibilityUncertainty about power adapter voltage (110V/220V).The provided power adapter is rated for 5V 2A. It is typically a universal voltage adapter (100-240V AC input), but always check the label on the adapter itself for specific input voltage range to ensure compatibility with your local power supply.
Microphones do not have individual volume controlMisunderstanding of receiver controls. The receiver unit is equipped with four separate volume knobs, one for each microphone channel (A, B, C, D), allowing for individual volume adjustment.

10. User Tips

  • Individual Volume Control: Remember that the receiver unit has four distinct volume knobs, one for each microphone. This allows for precise mixing and balancing of multiple speakers or performers.
  • Power Adapter Check: While the power adapter is 5V 2A, always verify its input voltage range (usually printed on the adapter itself) to ensure it matches your local electrical standards (e.g., 110V or 220V).
  • Frequency Stability: The "Flash Match" feature simplifies setup. If you experience any interference, a quick power cycle of both the receiver and the specific transmitter can often re-establish a clear connection.
  • Battery Management: Keep spare AA batteries on hand, especially for longer events, as the bodypack transmitters rely on them.
  • Optimal Placement: For the best wireless performance, position the receiver's antennas in a clear line of sight to the transmitters, avoiding large metal objects or walls.
