2. Button Functions

The watch features four primary buttons for operation:

  • SET Button (Top Left): Used to enter and confirm settings.
  • MODE Button (Bottom Left): Used to cycle through different modes (Time, Chronograph, Alarm, Countdown, Dual Time).
  • LIGHT Button (Top Right): Activates the LED backlight.
  • ADJ Button (Bottom Right): Functions as START/STOP in Chronograph mode and RESET in setting modes.

3. Setup Instructions

3.1 Setting Time and Date

  1. In normal time display mode, press and hold the SET button until the seconds start flashing.
  2. Press the MODE button to cycle through the setting items: Seconds → Hours → Minutes → Year → Month → Day → 12/24 Hour Format.
  3. Use the ADJ button to adjust the flashing value.
  4. Once all settings are adjusted, press the SET button again to exit the setting mode.

3.2 Setting Alarm

  1. From normal time display, press the MODE button repeatedly until you reach the Alarm mode (indicated by 'AL' or an alarm icon).
  2. Press and hold the SET button until the alarm hour starts flashing.
  3. Press the MODE button to switch between setting hours and minutes.
  4. Use the ADJ button to adjust the flashing value.
  5. Press the SET button to confirm and exit alarm setting.
  6. To turn the alarm ON/OFF, in Alarm mode, press the ADJ button. An alarm icon will appear/disappear on the display.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Using the Chronograph (Stopwatch)

  1. From normal time display, press the MODE button until you reach the Chronograph mode (indicated by 'ST' or 'CHRO').
  2. Press the ADJ button to START the stopwatch.
  3. Press the ADJ button again to STOP the stopwatch.
  4. To RESET the stopwatch to zero, press the SET button while the stopwatch is stopped.

4.2 Using the Countdown Timer

  1. From normal time display, press the MODE button until you reach the Countdown Timer mode (indicated by 'TR' or 'CD').
  2. Press and hold the SET button until the hour value starts flashing.
  3. Press the MODE button to switch between setting hours, minutes, and seconds.
  4. Use the ADJ button to adjust the flashing value.
  5. Press the SET button to confirm the countdown time.
  6. Press the ADJ button to START/STOP the countdown.
  7. When the countdown reaches zero, an alarm will sound.

4.3 Activating LED Backlight

Press the LIGHT button (Top Right) to illuminate the display. The backlight will stay on for a few seconds.

5. Maintenance

5.1 Water Resistance

The watch is rated for 50M (5 Bar) water resistance. This means it is suitable for daily use, swimming, washing hands, and getting caught in the rain. It is NOT suitable for hot water activities (like hot showers or saunas) or diving.

  • Do not press any buttons while the watch is submerged in water.
  • Avoid exposing the watch to extreme temperature changes.
  • After exposure to saltwater, rinse the watch with fresh water and dry thoroughly.

5.2 Cleaning

Wipe the watch case and strap with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials that could damage the watch's finish.

5.3 Battery Replacement

When the display becomes dim or functions become erratic, it may be time to replace the battery. It is recommended to have the battery replaced by a qualified watch technician to ensure proper sealing and maintain water resistance.

6. Troubleshooting

  • Display is blank or dim: Check battery. If recently replaced, ensure it's installed correctly.
  • Buttons are unresponsive: Ensure no buttons are stuck. If the watch was recently wet, ensure it is completely dry.
  • Time is inaccurate: Re-set the time following the instructions in Section 3.1. If the issue persists, the battery may be low.
  • Water inside the watch: Immediately stop using the watch and seek professional service to prevent further damage.
