5.1. Language Setup
The system voice can be switched to one of 10 supported languages:

5.2. Tuya APP Connection
- Scan the QR code below to download and install the Tuya APP on your mobile phone.
- Follow the in-app instructions to connect your X50 smart lock to your 2.4G WiFi network.
5.3. Adding Users (Face, Fingerprint, Password, IC Card)
Refer to the detailed instructions in the included User Guide for adding and managing users for each unlocking method. The lock supports:
- Up to 100 faces for facial recognition.
- Up to 100 fingerprints.

5.4. Installation Guidelines
The RAYKUBE X50 is designed for universal installation on both left and right-handed doors. It is suitable for doors with a thickness greater than 40mm. The mortise lock included is a 24x240 (6068) type. Please consult the detailed installation diagrams and instructions in the User Guide for proper setup.
6. Operating Instructions
6.1. Unlocking Methods
6.1.1. Face Scanning Unlock
Approach the lock and stand within 0.35 to 0.9 meters. The 3D facial recognition system will identify you in less than 0.3 seconds. It works effectively even with hats, glasses, and in low-light conditions (at night).
6.1.2. Tuya APP Unlock
When a visitor presses the doorbell, your Tuya APP will receive a pop-up video call. You can then view the visitor, engage in two-way audio communication, and remotely unlock the door.
6.1.3. Fingerprint Unlock
Place your registered finger on the semiconductor fingerprint sensor. The lock will recognize your fingerprint in less than 300ms.
6.1.4. Password Unlock
Enter your registered password on the keypad. The lock supports virtual password anti-peeping, allowing you to enter arbitrary numbers before or after your actual password to prevent others from guessing it.
6.1.5. IC Card Unlock
Tap your registered IC card on the designated reading area of the lock. The lock supports up to 100 IC cards with encryption protection and dual verification. Lost cards can be voided.
6.1.6. Mechanical Key Unlock
In case of electronic failure or depleted batteries, a hidden keyhole allows for emergency unlocking using the provided mechanical keys.
6.2. Locking Mechanism
The RAYKUBE X50 smart lock features an automatic locking mechanism. The door will lock automatically after it closes.
6.3. Emergency Power
If the lock's batteries run out, you can use a power bank connected to the USB-C emergency interface on the outdoor panel to temporarily power the lock for unlocking. Alternatively, use the mechanical key.
6.4. Video Call and Two-way Intercom
When the doorbell is pressed, the Tuya APP on your phone will receive a video call. You can then:
- Engage in two-way audio communication.
- Use voice control and select from 5 available voice changing options to protect your privacy.
- Capture screenshots or record video of the visitor.
All video events are automatically saved to the logs within the Tuya APP.
6.5. Temporary Passwords
The Tuya APP allows you to generate three types of temporary passwords:
- Online Time-Limited Password: A password valid for a specific duration, requiring internet connectivity for generation and use.
- Offline One-Time Password: A password that can be used only once, generated offline.
- Offline Time-Limited Password: A password valid for a specific duration, generated offline.
These are useful for granting temporary access to guests or service personnel when you are not at home.
6.6. Smart Home Integration
The X50 can be integrated with your smart home system via the Tuya APP. For example, you can use voice commands like "Hey Siri, unlock the door" if your smart home setup supports it.
6.7. Viewing Outside with HD Screen
The built-in 4.0-inch HD screen allows you to check the situation outside your door at any time, providing convenience for the elderly and children.

7. Maintenance
7.1. Battery Charging
The lock is powered by two 4200mAh rechargeable lithium batteries. When the battery level drops below 25%, a low battery alert will be issued. Promptly charge the batteries using the provided USB cable. One full charge can last approximately 3 months.
7.2. General Care
Clean the lock's screen and sensors regularly with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals, as these can damage the surface and electronic components.
8. Troubleshooting
- Low Battery Alert: If the battery level is below 25%, the lock will issue an alarm. Recharge the batteries immediately. If completely drained, use a power bank via the USB emergency interface or the mechanical key to unlock.
- Failed Unlock Attempts (Trial & Error Alarm): If multiple incorrect password attempts are made, the lock will temporarily disable for 3 minutes to prevent unauthorized access.
- Abnormal Visitors Alert: The built-in camera automatically captures visitors and reports any abnormalities to your Tuya APP.
- Anti-Prying Alert: If violent lock picking is detected, a high-pitched alarm will sound, and a notification will be sent to your phone.
- Face Recognition Not Working: Ensure you are standing within the optimal distance of 0.35-0.9 meters from the lock. The system is designed to work in various conditions, including with hats/glasses and at night.
- Tuya APP Connectivity Issues: Verify that your home WiFi network is a 2.4G network and has a stable connection. Ensure the lock is within range of your WiFi router.
