Fault Inquiry:

To inquire about faults, press the UP button for more than 12 seconds.

Automatic Recovery:

In case of over-voltage, under-voltage, or over-current faults, the device will automatically disconnect the power supply. Once the voltage or current returns to normal parameters, the device will automatically restore the power supply after the set recovery delay time.

If the device does not recover automatically or displays persistent error codes, verify the input voltage and current are within the normal operating range. If issues persist, consult a qualified electrician.

7. User Tips

  • Energy Monitoring: If you need to monitor your electricity consumption, ensure you select the "V A Kwh type" model (e.g., TOVPD1-63VAE) as it includes the cumulative energy (kWh) display.
  • Calibration: If you suspect the voltage or current readings are inaccurate, use the voltage (A14) and current (A15) calibration functions in the setting menu to fine-tune the display.
  • Power-on Delay: Utilize the adjustable power-on delay (A1) to protect sensitive equipment from immediate power surges after a power outage.
