Setup and Installation
This product is designed for installation using standard 86-type wall boxes, in compliance with European regulations. Professional installation is recommended.
Wiring Diagrams
Ensure the power supply is disconnected before attempting any wiring. Refer to the appropriate diagram for your heating system type.
Installation Steps
- Install expansion screw cartridges with a spacing of 60mm on the wall.
- Use a screwdriver to separate the upper and lower covers. Thread the wires through the back cover to the wire slot, leaving approximately 20cm long according to the actual situation.
- Fix the bottom shell to the wall with screws, and finally secure the wires to cover the front shell on the bottom shell.
- Align the buckle with a 30-degree angle and fasten it securely.

Panel Overview
Basic Button Operations
- Power ON/OFF: Click the power button to turn on or off.
- Mode Key: Press to switch between manual and energy-saving modes.
- Temperature Adjustment: Use the Up (▲) and Down (▼) keys to adjust the temperature. This will enter automatic temporary mode, which runs for one time period.
- Clock Settings: Press the clock icon to enter clock settings. Adjust each parameter value. Note: WiFi models automatically obtain Internet time, weather, and humidity.
- Child Lock: Long press the Child Lock icon to open or close.
- Link WiFi: Long press the WiFi icon to link to WiFi.
- Advanced Options Settings: In shutdown state, simultaneously press the Mode Key and Up (▲) key for 5 seconds to enter advanced option settings.
- Timed Shutdown: Long press the power button in power-on mode.
- Timed Startup: Long press the power button in shutdown mode.
- Programming Time: In shutdown mode, long press the Programming Time icon to enter programming.
Programming Instructions for Time Periods
You can program time periods directly on the panel or via the Tuya App.
Panel Settings:
In shutdown state, long press the Mode Key and Programming Time icon simultaneously to enter programming. Press the Mode Key sequentially to switch between time and temperature mode. Short press the Mode Key to switch options, press Up (▲) or Down (▼) to adjust the parameters of each option. Press the power button to exit and save.
APP Settings:
Use the Tuya Smart App to easily configure weekly programming settings, including weekday and day-off schedules, target temperatures, and icons for each period.
WiFi Display Features
The WiFi version of the thermostat displays real-time weather and humidity directly on the panel, synchronizing data from the Tuya App. Non-WiFi versions will not show this information.
Child Lock Feature
The child lock prevents accidental changes to settings. It can be activated or deactivated by long-pressing the Up (▲) and Down (▼) keys simultaneously on the panel, or through the Tuya App settings.
Backlight Brightness Adjustment
Adjust the backlight brightness for optimal visibility. This can be done via the advanced options settings on the panel or directly within the Tuya App settings.
Tuya App Integration
The Tuya Smart App allows for comprehensive control and customization of your thermostat. Follow the in-app instructions to add your device, set temperatures, configure weekly schedules, and access advanced settings like temperature correction, temperature limits, sensor selection, and frost protection.
Maintenance
- Cleaning: Wipe the thermostat screen and body with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Power Cycle: If the thermostat becomes unresponsive, try turning off the power at the circuit breaker for a few minutes, then restore power.
- Avoid Obstructions: Ensure the thermostat is not covered by curtains, furniture, or other objects that could interfere with accurate temperature readings.
Troubleshooting
- Thermostat not turning on: Check the power supply and wiring connections. Ensure the circuit breaker is on.
- Incorrect temperature reading: Verify the sensor is correctly installed and not obstructed. Consider recalibrating the temperature in advanced settings if necessary.
- WiFi connection issues: Ensure your home WiFi network is 2.4GHz. Check the signal strength in the Tuya App. Try resetting the thermostat's WiFi connection by long-pressing the WiFi icon.
- Heating not activating: Check the set temperature is higher than the current room temperature. Verify the thermostat is in the correct operating mode (manual or programmed).
- Programming not working: Double-check your time period settings in both the panel and the Tuya App. Ensure the thermostat is in automatic/programmed mode.
