2. Package Contents

3. Setup and Pairing

3.1 Initial Charge

Before first use, fully charge your iKF-Nano headphones using the provided Type-C charging cable. Connect the cable to the Type-C port on the headphones and a compatible USB power source. The charging time is approximately 2 hours.

3.2 Bluetooth Pairing

  1. Ensure the headphones are powered off.
  2. Press and hold the Power Key for approximately 5 seconds until the indicator light flashes, indicating pairing mode.
  3. On your device (smartphone, tablet, computer), enable Bluetooth and search for available devices.
  4. Select 'iKF-Nano' from the list of found devices.
  5. Once connected, the indicator light on the headphones will change (e.g., solid blue or off, depending on model).

The iKF-Nano supports dual connection technology, allowing simultaneous connection to two Bluetooth devices. This enables seamless switching between devices.

3.3 Wired Connection (AUX)

For a wired connection, use the detachable audio cable. Plug one end into the AUX port on the headphones and the other end into your audio source's 3.5mm jack. This mode allows use even when the headphones have no battery.

3.4 APP Control

Download the iKF APP for enhanced control and customization. The app allows for button customization, custom equalizer settings, an exclusive white noise function, and adjustment of noise reduction intensity. The iKF APP can be registered for use or used in guest mode.

4.1 Controls

4.2 Adaptive Noise Cancellation (ANC)

The iKF-Nano features adaptive active noise cancellation technology, reducing ambient noise by up to 50 dB. This allows for an immersive listening experience in various environments such as airplanes, subways, or offices.

4.3 Transparent Mode

Activate the smart environment transparent mode to hear your surroundings without removing the headphones. This mode is ideal for conversations or when you need to be aware of your environment, enhancing travel safety.

4.4 Gaming Mode

Engage the low-latency gaming mode for a synchronized audio-visual experience. The iKF-Nano offers a 35-millisecond low-latency mode, ensuring sound and picture are perfectly aligned for gaming.

5. Maintenance and Care

5.1 Cleaning

Gently wipe the ear cups and headband with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive materials. Avoid getting moisture into the headphone ports.

5.2 Storage

When not in use, store the headphones in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Avoid placing heavy objects on top of the headphones.

5.3 Battery Life

The iKF-Nano headphones are equipped with a 1000mAh battery, providing approximately 130 hours of playtime with ANC off, and 95 hours with ANC on (at 30% volume). Regular charging helps maintain battery health.

6. Troubleshooting

6.1 Cannot Power On

  • Ensure the headphones are fully charged. Connect to a power source and try again after a few minutes.
  • Press and hold the Power Key for 3 seconds to ensure it's not just in a sleep state.

6.2 Cannot Pair via Bluetooth

  • Make sure the headphones are in pairing mode (indicator light flashing).
  • Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your device and it's discoverable.
  • Move the headphones closer to your device.
  • Try restarting both the headphones and your device.
  • Clear previous Bluetooth connections on your device if you have too many saved.

6.3 No Sound or Low Volume

  • Check the volume levels on both the headphones and your connected device.
  • Ensure the headphones are properly connected via Bluetooth or AUX cable.
  • If using AUX, ensure the cable is fully inserted and not damaged.
  • Try playing audio from a different source or application.

6.4 ANC Not Working Effectively

  • Ensure ANC is activated (single press the Knob Key to cycle modes).
  • Check that the ear cups form a good seal around your ears. Adjust the headband for a better fit.
  • Ensure no obstructions are blocking the microphone ports used for noise cancellation.
