- Tire Pressure Display: Shows current tire pressure for each tire.
- Battery Status: Indicates battery level of the receiver and individual sensors.
- Indicators: High pressure alarm, Low pressure alarm, High temperature alarm, No signal alarm, Low power of sensor, Leakage alarm.
- Units: Displays pressure in Bar/Psi and temperature in °C/°F.
4.2 Initial Setup and Sensor Matching
- Power On: Long press the 'Select/Power' button to turn on the display unit.
- Automatic Matching: Normally, the four sensors are automatically matched with the monitor. After installing the sensors on the tires, the monitor should automatically display the corresponding tire pressure.
- Manual Matching (if needed):
- Install all four sensors on the tires.
- Long press the 'Menu' button for 3 seconds (or longer) to enter the setting interface.
- Press the 'Menu' button 7 times to navigate to interface '7'.
- Short press the 'Menu' button twice. The system will automatically match the sensors.
Note: If there is a problem with the data display (e.g., "--" or "00"), you can recheck the sensor installation and re-pair as described above.
4.3 Function Settings Navigation
You can customize parameters according to your vehicle's needs. Long press the 'Menu' button to enter the setting interface. Short press 'Menu' to cycle through the following options:
- Interface 0 (P/T): Pressure unit selection (Bar / Psi).
- Interface 1 (T/T): Temperature unit selection (°C / °F).
- Interface 2 (PH): High pressure threshold setting.
- Interface 3 (PL): Low pressure threshold setting.
- Interface 4 (TH): High temperature threshold setting.
- Interface 5 (EX): Exchange (Do not operate this interface to avoid misoperation).
- Interface 6 (LID): Learn ID (Do not operate this interface to avoid misoperation).
- Interface 7 (DE): Default setup (Restore factory settings).
Default Threshold Settings: Low pressure: 1.8 bar, High pressure: 3.2 bar, Temperature: 68 °C.
4.4 Alarm Functionality
If tire pressure or temperature exceeds the set thresholds, the buzzer will sound and the warning tire icon will flash. You can stop the audible alarm by pressing any key on the display unit.
5. Maintenance
5.1 Battery Replacement (External Sensors)
External sensors use replaceable CR1632 batteries with an approximate life of 2 years.
- Remove the battery cover from the sensor.
- Use the wrench tool to carefully open the sensor casing.
- Take out the old CR1632 battery.
- Install a new CR1632 battery, ensuring correct polarity.
- Close the sensor casing and replace the battery cover.
Figure 6: External sensor battery replacement steps.
5.2 Battery Life
- External Sensors: Approximately 2 years.
- Built-in Sensors: Approximately 5 years.
6. Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Display shows "--" or "00" | Sensors not yet mounted, or not communicating. | Mount the sensors on the tires and wait for approximately 1 minute for the display to show pressure and temperature. If still not working, check sensor installation and re-pair manually (see Section 4.2). |
| "No Signal Alarm" indicator is on | Interference from other electronic devices (DVR, DVD) or metal objects. | Position the display unit as far away from metal objects and other electronic equipment as possible. Identify and move potential interference sources. |
| "Di~ Di~" alarm sounds continuously | Tire pressure or temperature is outside set thresholds. | The alarm will stop automatically after 30 seconds or by pressing any key on the display unit. Check tire pressure/temperature and adjust if necessary. |
| "N5 Alarm" in cold weather/snow | External sensors affected by low temperatures. | Drive the car for a short distance to warm up the tires and sensors. The alarm should resolve. |

8. User Tips
- Initial Display: If the receiver initially shows "--" or "00", don't worry. Simply mount the sensors on the tires, and the display should show pressure and temperature within about a minute.
- Solar Charging: The solar charging feature works even on cloudy or foggy days. A full solar charge can typically sustain the device for about 3 days.
- USB Charging: While solar charging is the primary method, a USB port is available for urgent charging or during prolonged periods of bad weather. (Note: USB cable may not be included).
- Automatic On/Off: The system is designed to turn on automatically when it detects car vibration and turn off after 10 minutes of no movement, saving power.
- Cold Weather Operation: If you experience an "N5 Alarm" in snowy or very cold conditions, it indicates that the external sensors are affected by the cold. Driving the car for a short distance will warm up the tires and sensors, resolving the issue.
