Maintenance
- Cleaning: Wipe the taillight and remote control with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
- Water Resistance: The device is IPX5 waterproof, meaning it is protected against splashing water from any angle. Do not submerge the device in water.
- Battery Care:
- Charge the taillight regularly, especially if it has not been used for an extended period.
- The remote control uses a replaceable 12V/27A battery. Replace it when the remote's range or responsiveness decreases.
- Storage: Store the device in a cool, dry place when not in use.

Troubleshooting
- Taillight not turning on: Ensure the battery is fully charged. If the issue persists, contact support.
- Remote control not working: Check if the remote control battery (12V/27A) needs replacement. Ensure you are within the 10-50m control distance.
- Alarm not activating/too sensitive: Adjust the alarm sensitivity using the remote control (short press the lock button in pre-armed state).
- Brake sensing not working: Ensure the taillight is securely mounted and its orientation allows for proper detection of braking motion.
User Tips
- Full Charge Before Use: Always fully charge the taillight before its first use to ensure optimal battery performance.
- Remote Control Pairing: One taillight host can be paired with up to three remote controls. Conversely, one remote control can control up to two taillight hosts. This is useful for multiple bikes or shared use.
- A5 vs. A5 Pro: Note that the A5 Pro model specifically includes the automatic brake induction light function, which the standard A5 model does not. Ensure you have the correct model if this feature is important to you.
- Alarm Volume: The 115dB alarm is very loud and effective for deterring theft. Be mindful of its volume in quiet environments.
