4. Setup

4.1 Adjusting the Headband

4.2 Wearing the Ear Muffs

For effective noise reduction and comfort, wear the ear muffs as follows:

  1. Place the ear cups over your ears.
  2. Adjust the ear cups for a tight seal and comfortable fit. Ensure no hair or other objects interfere with the seal around your ears.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Bluetooth Connection

To connect your Mpow HP102 ear muffs via Bluetooth:

  1. Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds until the red and blue lights flash alternately, indicating pairing mode.
  2. On your device (e.g., smartphone), go to Bluetooth settings and select "Mpow 102" from the list of available devices.
  3. Once successfully paired, the light on the ear muffs will turn off. You can now stream music from your phone via Bluetooth.

5.2 Line-in Mode (3.5mm Audio Cable)

For a wired connection, use the included 3.5mm audio cable:

  1. Connect one end of the 3.5mm audio cable to the audio input jack on the ear muffs.
  2. Connect the other end of the cable to your audio device's 3.5mm jack.
  3. You can now enjoy music via the wired connection. The volume control knob on the ear muffs works only in line-in mode.

5.3 Making and Receiving Calls

The Mpow HP102 ear muffs feature a built-in microphone and integrated controls for phone calls. This functionality is available only in Bluetooth mode. You can make and take calls without removing the earmuffs.

6. Charging

To charge your Mpow HP102 ear muffs:

  1. Locate the charging port on the ear muffs.
  2. Plug the included charging cable into the charging port.
  3. Connect the other end of the charging cable to a suitable USB power source.

LED Indicator:

  • Red light: Indicates the ear muffs are currently charging.
  • Green light: Indicates the ear muffs are fully charged.

A full charge takes approximately 4 hours and provides up to 30 hours of working time.

Cannot make/receive calls.Voice calls only work when the ear muffs are connected via Bluetooth mode. Ensure your device is properly paired via Bluetooth.
Volume control knob not working.The volume control knob functions only when the ear muffs are in aux-in (line-in) mode, connected via the 3.5mm audio cable.
Cannot pair via Bluetooth.Ensure the ear muffs are in pairing mode (red and blue lights flashing alternately). Check your device's Bluetooth settings and try reconnecting. Make sure the ear muffs are charged.
No audio in Bluetooth mode.Ensure the ear muffs are successfully paired and connected to your device. Check the volume levels on both the ear muffs and your audio source.
