System Connection and Initial Setup
Please refer to the instructions below to connect your TV, power, network, and other devices. Note: Please turn off all equipment (such as the TV Box and TV power) before connecting.
- Step 1: Connection with TV
Connect the HD cable (or AV cable) to the HD port (or AV port) of the TV box and your TV set. - Step 2: Connection with Power
Connect the power adapter to the TV box. After power is on, the device will start automatically. - Step 3: Set up your device
Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the initial setup of your device. - Step 4: Connection with Network
The TV box supports both Ethernet and Wi-Fi connections.- Ethernet: Use an Ethernet cable to connect the LAN port of the TV box to your home broadband network port.
- Wi-Fi: Select your Wi-Fi network from the settings menu and enter the password.

Troubleshooting
- No display after power on?
- Confirm your device is connected to the TV well and set the correct HD Input from your TV configuration.
- TV has images but no sound?
- Make sure your TV is not in mute and the volume is not too low.
- Fail to connect to the network?
- Make sure the Ethernet cable is properly connected. If using Wi-Fi, make sure Wi-Fi is functional and your box has a strong enough signal from your router.
- Remote control failure?
- Replace the battery of the remote control with a new one, and make sure it is placed with the correct polarity. Make sure the remote control is within the range of the TV box. Go to the Setting menu to unpair and re-pair the remote control.
User Tips
- Resolution Compatibility: If your TV is not 4K, the G1 TV Box will automatically adjust the output resolution to match your TV's capabilities, such as 1080P Full HD.
- Streaming Service Subscriptions: The G1 TV Box provides access to streaming applications like Netflix and Amazon Prime, but you will need an active subscription to these services to view their content. The device does not include free access to paid content.
- Android 14 Updates: Android 14 updates are being rolled out gradually. If your device has not yet received the update, please be patient. Updates are typically delivered over-the-air (OTA).
- Ethernet Speed: The Ethernet port on the G1 TV Box supports speeds up to 100Mbps.
