5. Setup

5.1. Using the Smart Cover

The included Smart Cover can be folded to act as a stand for the monitor, allowing for various viewing angles.

5.2. VESA Mount Installation

The monitor features four 75x75mm (M4x4mm) VESA holes on the back, allowing it to be mounted on a desktop stand or wall mount (not included). This can help save desk space and improve productivity.

1. Ensure the monitor is powered off and disconnected from all cables.
2. Carefully remove the Smart Cover if attached.
3. Align the VESA mount bracket (purchased separately) with the VESA holes on the back of the monitor.
4. Secure the monitor to the mount using M4x4mm screws (typically provided with the VESA mount). Do not overtighten.

Connect your gaming console using the Mini HDMI to HDMI cable for video and audio. Ensure the monitor is also powered via one of the USB-C ports using the provided power adapter.

• Connect the Mini HDMI end to the monitor and the HDMI end to your console.
• Connect the power adapter to one of the monitor's USB-C ports and to a power outlet.

7.1. Power On/Off

Press the Power Button to turn the monitor on or off.

9. Troubleshooting

Issue: Screen signal is poor or flickers.

• Ensure you are using the power adapter that came with the monitor. Other adapters may provide insufficient voltage.
• If using an HDMI connection, try swapping the HDMI cable to test if the cable is faulty.

Issue: No display when connected via Type-C.

• Check if the Type-C port on your PC/Laptop whether it supports audio and video signal transmission (Thunderbolt 3 or DisplayPort Alternate Mode). If not, you will need a "Type-C to HDMI" adapter for signal transmission.
• If "No Signal" or "Power Saving Mode" appears, try switching the USB-C cable head to the other side and reconnecting the monitor.

Issue: Monitor enters power save mode automatically.

• The monitor turns on in the default power save mode. Note that there is no save function in sleep mode; you need to close it manually if you wish to disable power save.

Issue: No touchscreen functionality.

• This portable monitor does not have touchscreen functionality.

Issue: Monitor does not charge.

• The portable monitor has no built-in battery and cannot be charged. It requires continuous power supply via the power adapter or a compatible USB-C connection.
