Important Notes

• This is the Eurasian version of the 4G mini phone. It supports 4G networks in Asia and Europe. In the United States, Canada, Mexico, and other regions, it primarily supports 3G networks. Please verify network compatibility with your service provider.
• Only one rear camera on this device is functional; the others are decorative. This design choice does not affect the primary camera's performance.
• A charger adapter is not included in the package. Please use a standard 5V charging adapter with the provided USB-C cable.

Setup Guide

1. SIM Card and Memory Card Installation

The SOYES XS15 Pro supports dual SIM cards and a memory card (TF card) in a shared slot. It features a 'two out of three' smart card slot, meaning you can use either two SIM cards or one SIM card and one TF card simultaneously.

1. Locate the SIM card tray on the side of the phone.
2. Insert the provided card removal pin into the small hole next to the tray to eject it.
3. Carefully place your Nano-SIM cards and/or TF card into the designated slots on the tray. Ensure the gold contacts are facing down and the cards are correctly oriented.
4. Gently push the tray back into the phone until it clicks into place.

2. Initial Charging

Before first use, it is recommended to fully charge your SOYES XS15 Pro.

1. Connect the provided USB-C cable to the Type-C port at the bottom of the phone.
2. Connect the other end of the USB-C cable to a compatible 5V USB power adapter (not included) or a computer's USB port.
3. The charging indicator will appear on the screen. Allow the phone to charge until the battery icon shows full.

3. Power On/Off

• To Power On: Press and hold the Power button (usually on the right side) until the SOYES logo appears.
• To Power Off: Press and hold the Power button until the power options menu appears, then select "Power off".
• To Restart: Press and hold the Power button until the power options menu appears, then select "Restart".

Operating Instructions

1. Basic Navigation

The SOYES XS15 Pro runs on Android 9, offering a familiar and intuitive user interface. Use touch gestures to navigate:

• Tap: Select items, open apps, or press buttons.
• Swipe: Scroll through lists, switch between home screens, or access notification panels.
• Pinch: Zoom in or out on photos and web pages.

2. Face ID Unlock

The device supports AI facial recognition for convenient unlocking.

1. Go to Settings > Security & location > Face Unlock to set up your facial data.
2. Follow the on-screen instructions to register your face.
3. Once set up, simply look at the front camera to unlock your phone. It can recognize and unlock even in low light environments.

3. OTG Functionality

The SOYES XS15 Pro supports On-The-Go (OTG) functionality, allowing you to connect external USB devices.

• Connect a USB flash drive, card reader, or other compatible USB devices using an OTG adapter (not included) to the phone's Type-C port.
• You can read movies, documents, and other files directly from the connected device.

4. Camera Usage

The phone is equipped with a 5 MP rear camera and a 2 MP front camera.

• Open the Camera app from your home screen or app drawer.
• Tap the shutter button to take photos.
• Switch between front and rear cameras using the camera toggle icon.

5. Connectivity

2. Camera Functionality

• Only one rear camera works: This is by design. The SOYES XS15 Pro has one functional rear camera; the others are for aesthetic purposes.
• Camera not opening/freezing: Try restarting the camera app or the phone. Ensure there is enough storage space.

3. Charging Problems
