- To Power On: Press and hold the power button (usually on the side) until the screen lights up.
- To Power Off: Press and hold the power button, then select 'Power Off' from the on-screen options.
4.3 Network Connection
For online translation features, the device requires an internet connection.
- Wi-Fi: Go to 'Settings' > 'Wi-Fi', select your network, and enter the password.
- Hotspot: Connect to a mobile hotspot from your smartphone.
4.4 Initial Language Selection

- From the main screen, select 'Online translation' or 'Offline translation'.

- To translate from your native language: Press and hold the native language button (usually indicated by your flag or language name) and speak clearly into the device's microphone. Release the button to hear the translation in the foreign language.
- To translate from the foreign language: Press and hold the foreign language button and have the other person speak. Release the button to hear the translation in your native language.


5.2 Photo Translation
The device's built-in 5-megapixel auto zoom camera allows for translation of text from images.
- Select 'Photo translation' from the main menu.
- Point the camera at the text you wish to translate (e.g., menus, road signs, manuals).
- Tap the screen to capture the image.
- Choose between 'Overlay translation' (text translated directly over the image) or 'Reading and broadcasting translation' (translated text displayed separately with voice playback).

Record conversations or speeches and have them translated.
- Select 'Smart recording' from the main menu.
