5.2 Wiring Diagram
Connect the device according to the wiring diagram below. Ensure that the input (IN) and output (OUT) terminals are correctly identified and connected to the Neutral (N) and Live (L) lines of your AC power supply. The device uses single-channel wiring with tunnel-type wiring ports for secure connections.

Figure 5: Front panel and connection points.

Figure 6: Wiring Installation Diagram (refer to the diagram for detailed connections).
Wiring Steps:
- Turn off the main power supply before starting any wiring.
- Connect the incoming Neutral (N) and Live (L) wires to the 'IN' terminals at the top of the protector.
- Connect the outgoing Neutral (N) and Live (L) wires to the 'OUT' terminals at the bottom of the protector, leading to your load.
- Ensure all connections are tight and secure.
6. Operation and Settings
The device features a digital display and three buttons for operation: an 'Up' arrow, a 'Down' arrow, and a 'SET' button. The display shows real-time voltage (V), current (A), and energy consumption (kWh).

6.1 Navigating the Settings Menu
To enter the setting state, press and hold the 'SET' button for more than 3 seconds. Use the 'Up' and 'Down' arrow buttons to navigate through the menu options and adjust values. Press 'SET' again to confirm a selection or move to the next parameter.
The settings menu includes:
- Pt (Power-on delay time): 1s-600s
- rE (Protection recovery delay): 1s-600s
- OU (Over-voltage protection setting): 230V-300V
- OUr (Over-voltage recovery setting): 225V-295V
- UU (Under-voltage protection setting): 80V-210V
- UUr (Under-voltage recovery setting): 85V-215V
- UtE (Over-under-voltage protection action delay time): 0.1s-10s
- URd (Calibration Voltage Value): -9.9V ~ 9.9V
- oC (Over current protection value): 1-63A
- CtE (Overcurrent protection action time): 0.1s-60s
- Ctt (Overcurrent protection continuous times): 0-20
- CrAd (Current Calibration): -9.9A ~ 9.9A
- PC (Power range setting): 1-999

7. Maintenance
- Regularly inspect the device for any signs of physical damage or loose connections.
- Keep the device clean and free from dust and moisture. Use a dry, soft cloth for cleaning.
- Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Ensure proper ventilation around the device to prevent overheating.
8. Troubleshooting
8.1 Common Issues
- No Display/No Power: Check the input power supply and ensure all wiring connections are secure.
- Device Trips Frequently: Review your over-voltage, under-voltage, and over-current settings. They might be set too sensitively for your load or power conditions. Adjust the protection values and recovery delays as needed.
- Incorrect Readings: If voltage or current readings appear inaccurate, consider performing a calibration using the URd (Voltage Calibration) or CrAd (Current Calibration) settings in the menu.
- Device Not Resetting: Check the 'rE' (Protection recovery delay) setting. The device will wait for this duration before attempting to reconnect after a fault.
8.2 Voltage Compatibility (120V AC)
While the device has an operating voltage range of AC 80V-400V, its rated voltage is AC 230V, and default protection settings are optimized for 230V systems. If you intend to use this product in a 120V AC system, you would need to manually adjust the under-voltage and over-voltage protection settings to appropriate values for 120V. However, the device's primary design and default configuration are for 230V applications.
9. User Tips
- Resetting kWh to 0: To reset the accumulated energy (kWh) reading, navigate to the settings menu (press and hold 'SET' for 3 seconds), find the 'CLP' option, and select 'CLP 008 Reset power level'. Confirm your selection.
- Factory Reset: If you encounter persistent issues or wish to revert all settings to their original defaults, use the 'CLP 009 Restore Factory Settings' option in the menu.
- Optimal Settings: For best protection, set your over-voltage and under-voltage thresholds slightly above and below your nominal line voltage, respectively, allowing for minor fluctuations without unnecessary tripping.
10. Warranty and Support
For warranty information and technical support, please contact your retailer or the manufacturer directly. Keep your purchase receipt as proof of purchase. Ensure all installation and operation guidelines are followed to maintain warranty validity.
