Only users added to your home member list and assigned with appropriate permissions can access authorized devices. Ensure your home network is secure and manage user permissions within the IHC App.
7.3 Voice Control Issues
If voice control is not working:
- If the device has been reset, you need to discover devices again in the Alexa App or link your account again in the Google Home App.
- Supported regions, languages, and voice control commands are subject to changes due to updates on skills/services and policies of third-party platforms. Refer to the IHC App for available voice control commands for supported devices.
