2.1 Package Contents

2.2 Charging the Earphones

Before first use, fully charge the earphones. Connect the provided USB Type-C cable to the charging port on the control unit and plug the other end into a compatible 5V-500mAh USB power source.

  • Charging Time: Approximately 2 hours for a full charge.
  • Battery Indicator: The control unit features a four-bar electricity display to show the real-time battery level.

2.3 Power On/Off

  • Power On: Long press the power button for 2 seconds.
  • Power Off: Long press the power button for 3 seconds.

2.4 Bluetooth Pairing

The A12 earphones feature a Bluetooth 5.0 chip for stable and quick connections.

  1. Ensure the earphones are powered off.
  2. Long press the power button until the indicator light flashes, indicating pairing mode.
  3. On your device (smartphone, tablet, etc.), enable Bluetooth and search for available devices.
  4. Select "A12" from the list of devices to connect.
  5. Once connected, the indicator light will change, and you may hear an audible confirmation.

3. Operating Instructions

3.1 Button Functions

The control unit on the neckband provides easy access to various functions:

3.2 Music Playback

The A12 earphones support music playback via Bluetooth or by inserting a TF (Micro SD) card.

  • Bluetooth Mode: After successful pairing, music from your connected device will play through the earphones.
  • TF Card Mode: Insert a TF card (supporting WAV/FLAC/MP3 formats) into the dedicated slot. Double click the power button to switch between Bluetooth and TF Card modes.

3.3 Making and Receiving Calls

When connected via Bluetooth, you can manage calls using the middle button:

  • Answer/End Call: Click the middle button.
  • Decline Call: Long press the middle button for 1 second.
  • Redial Last Number: Double click the middle button.

The earphones feature intelligent noise reduction for clearer call quality.

4. Maintenance

4.1 Cleaning

Regularly clean your earphones to maintain optimal performance and hygiene:

  • Wipe the earbuds and neckband with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth.
  • Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
  • Gently remove any earwax buildup from the ear tips and speaker mesh using a small brush or cotton swab.

4.2 Storage

When not in use, the earbuds feature magnetic absorption to prevent tangling and winding. Simply bring the two earbuds together, and they will magnetically attach.

4.3 Water Resistance

The A12 earphones are rated IPX5 waterproof, meaning they are resistant to sweat and splashes. They are not designed for submersion in water. Avoid exposing them to heavy rain or showering with them.

5. Troubleshooting

  • Earphones do not power on: Ensure the earphones are fully charged. Connect them to a power source and check the battery indicator.
  • No sound: Check if the earphones are properly paired with your device. Increase the volume on both the earphones and your connected device. If using a TF card, ensure it is inserted correctly and contains supported audio files.
  • Cannot pair with device: Make sure the earphones are in pairing mode (indicator light flashing). Ensure your device's Bluetooth is enabled and within the 10-15m range. Try restarting both the earphones and your device.
  • Poor sound quality: Ensure there are no obstructions between the earphones and your device. Move closer to your device to reduce interference. Check the audio source quality.
  • Call quality issues: Ensure the microphone is not obstructed. The intelligent noise reduction feature should help, but ensure you are in a reasonably quiet environment for best results.
