- Storage: Store the headset in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
- Battery Care: To prolong battery life, avoid fully discharging the battery frequently. Charge the device regularly, even if not in use for extended periods.
8. Troubleshooting
- Headset not powering on: Ensure the battery is charged. Connect to a charger and try again.
- Cannot pair with phone: Make sure the headset is in pairing mode (red and blue flashing). Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your phone and it's within range. Try restarting both devices.
- No sound or low volume: Check the volume levels on both the headset and your phone. Ensure the speakers are correctly positioned inside the helmet.
- Sound quality issues (echo/distortion): If experiencing echo or perceived sound quality issues, especially at high speeds, it is recommended to use the headset at around 60% volume. High volume in a limited helmet space can sometimes cause echo due to wind noise and acoustics.
- Headset disconnects frequently: Ensure your phone is within the 10m transmission distance. Check for interference from other electronic devices.
- No intercom function: Please note that the C50 is a Bluetooth call headset and does NOT support direct intercom communication between multiple headsets.
