Setup

Initial Charging

1. Before first use, fully charge the speaker.
2. Connect the provided Type-C charging cable to the speaker's Type-C port and the other end to a 5V/2A USB power adapter (not included).
3. The LED battery indicators will show charging status. All LEDs will be solid when fully charged.

Powering On/Off

• Power On: Press and hold the power button () for 2-3 seconds until the indicator lights illuminate.
• Power Off: Press and hold the power button for 2-3 seconds until the indicator lights turn off.

Operating Instructions

Bluetooth Pairing

1. Ensure the speaker is powered on and in Bluetooth pairing mode (indicated by a flashing blue LED).
2. On your device (smartphone, tablet, etc.), enable Bluetooth and search for available devices.
3. Select "BOGASING S8 Pro" from the list.
4. Once connected, the blue LED will become solid, and you will hear a confirmation tone.

True Wireless Stereo (TWS) Pairing

To achieve a wider stereo soundstage, you can pair two BOGASING S8 Pro speakers together.

1. Ensure both S8 Pro speakers are powered on and not connected to any other Bluetooth device.
2. On one speaker (this will be the primary speaker), press and hold the 'M' button for 3 seconds. You will hear a tone, and the indicator will flash.
3. The two speakers will automatically search for and connect to each other. Once connected, you will hear a confirmation tone, and the primary speaker's indicator will flash slowly, while the secondary speaker's indicator will be solid.
4. Now, connect your device to the primary speaker via Bluetooth as described in the "Bluetooth Pairing" section.

Audio Modes (EQ)

The speaker offers three distinct audio modes to enhance your listening experience:

• 3D Stereo: Provides an immersive, spacious sound.
• Vocal: Enhances vocal clarity, ideal for podcasts or acoustic music.
• Super Bass: Boosts low frequencies for a powerful bass experience.

To switch between modes, short press the 'M' button.

Playback Controls

• Play/Pause: Short press the Play/Pause button ().
• Volume Up: Short press the '+' button.
• Volume Down: Short press the '-' button.
• Next Track: Long press the '+' button.
• Previous Track: Long press the '-' button.

Alternative Connectivity

• AUX-IN: Connect an audio device using the 3.5mm audio cable to the AUX port. The speaker will automatically switch to AUX mode.
• TF Card: Insert a TF (Micro SD) card with music files into the TF card slot. The speaker will automatically switch to TF card mode and begin playback.

Maintenance

• Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the speaker. For stubborn dirt, a slightly damp cloth can be used. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
• Water Resistance: The speaker is IPX5 waterproof, meaning it is resistant to splashes and light rain. Do not submerge the speaker in water. Ensure all port covers are securely closed before exposure to water.
• Storage: Store the speaker in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
• Battery Care: To prolong battery life, avoid fully discharging the battery frequently. Charge the speaker regularly, even if not in use for extended periods.

Troubleshooting

Speaker does not power on:

Ensure the battery is charged. Connect the speaker to a power source and try again.

No sound:

Check the volume level on both the speaker and your connected device. Ensure the speaker is correctly paired via Bluetooth or connected via AUX/TF card. Try restarting both the speaker and the audio source device.

Bluetooth connection issues:

Make sure the speaker is within the effective range (up to 100 feet). Disconnect and re-pair the speaker with your device. Clear the Bluetooth pairing history on your device and try again. Ensure no other devices are interfering with the Bluetooth signal.

TWS pairing fails:

Ensure both speakers are fully charged and not connected to any other Bluetooth devices. Try resetting both speakers and repeating the TWS pairing steps.
